The UniPower light is the small, powerful and universal Lithium battery pack by SBS. Through our modular design you can configure voltage and capacity to fit your application.

Based on our Unipower Series we evolved this series to the next step with a slider system and a customized self-finding plug concept. More over a cluster management system is integrated, that several batteries can be controlled in one system.

We’ve partnered with automotive manufacturers and battery suppliers to help create superior aluminum energy storage solutions. Aluminum foil is important in lithium-ion batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles because it can serve as the cathode layer. At the same time, aluminum cartridges and cooling plates provide effective housing for the lithium-ion batteries, cooling them and protecting them from the elements.

Our battery packs provide the power for Europe’s largest scooter rental fleets, where the requirements and needs are extremely diverse. Thanks to specially developed BMS electronics and associated software, we can react extremely flexibly to specific customer requirements and special functions. Since as far back as 2013, our battery technology can be found in the large electric scooter rental fleets of European cities such as Berlin, Munich, Paris, and Bordeaux. This is where our battery packs have already proven their safe continuous operation and long durability over more than 5,000,000km and more than 150,000 hours of charging. Continuous operation over 24 hours a day, seven days a week, requires a robust battery management system (BMS) to ensure high safety and continuous availability of the vehicles.

Combo is a 2-in-1 marking machine that allows you to benefit from both a portable and benchtop machine. In bench top mode, the marking head is mounted on a column base to mark parts up to 290mm high. The quick shift function facilitates transitions between parts by quickly adjusting the height of the head on the column. The grooves in the base allow various workpiece holders, such as a rotary axis, to be attached. In portable mode, you have a 10m range to mark freely thanks to the wireless communication and the 22V lithium-ion battery integrated in the head. Comby is a tablet-controlled 2-in-1 dot peen marking machine with wireless communication between the marking head and its control unit. Easy to use, the application lets you create and modify marking files in just a few clicks. Comby is a combined machine. It takes less than 10 seconds to switch from one configuration to another, and no tools are required. The workbench configuration enables small parts up to 295 mm high to be marked. The compact, all-in-one column base features universal grooves that allow multiple clamping systems, such as a rotating D-axis, to be fitted. In portable mode, the 22V lithium-ion battery in the head guarantees lightness, performance and durability. In addition, the portable control unit enables the operator to carry out indoor and outdoor marking on large parts. The marking head is equipped with a multifunction support foot to hold the head on the workpiece and to mark on small and large cylinders or at the end of the bar.

Buddy is a portable dot peen marking machine, controlled by smartphone giving you infinite marking freedom, indoors or outdoors. Its user-friendly mobile application (subject to licence) makes it easy to create marking files. It can be used by an unlimited number of users and with any type of Android 10+ smartphone. It is part of Connect.series, the first range of dot peen marking equipment to offer wireless communication between the marking head and its control unit via a secure WiFi protocol. Buddy has an integrated 22V lithium-ion battery designed specifically to ensure the machine is lightweight, powerful and durable. It's made from hard-wearing technical plastic and features protective bumpers that make Buddy a robust piece of marking equipment. It has a multifunctional support foot for marking on cylinders or at the end of a bar, as well as for holding the head on the parts to be marked.

How do we improve the durability and performance of products? Through our production of heating mats for lithium-ion batteries and other batteries, we also indirectly contribute to the conservation of resources. In this way, the batteries are better protected against strong or fluctuating temperature influences. This means that they are less prone to failure and have a significantly longer service life and performance. Preheating, warm up or heating in continuous operation The heating mats are equipped with a performance tailored to the customer and regulate the temperature of the batteries and rechargeable batteries according to the necessary conditions. With optional equipment such as self-adhesive foil (one-sided or double-sided foil lamination), these can be attached to the battery or the block super easily. The new IPC charger series is the latest innovation in the field of quick-charging. The universal chargers have integrated communication and support all popular communication protocols, such as CAN, I2C, SM, LIN, HDQ. Li-ion rechargeable battery packs from 24 V to 48 V will be automatically detected. Once the E-BUS charger has made contact with the rechargeable battery, an extensive diagnostics procedure is started. The intelligent chargers identify the rechargeable battery voltage, the charge current is adapted and the charge process started. The output power here is up to 300 W. This enables the shortest possible charge times with simultaneous exchange of parameters to be realised with applications such as in drive systems, power tools or medical equipment. With the IPC 300W we are delighted to present a universal charger that can adapt to all lithium ion rechargeable battery systems.
