Tasting a patxaran liqueur is an essential experience in any stay in the Basque Country ! Wild sloe, sugar, water, alcohol and aniseed. A double maceration. The first is a cold extraction. This involves three-week premaceration of the sloes in 96% pure alcohol. (cold extraction releases the maximum aromas from the sloes and gives the and gives the alcohol its beautiful crimson-red color). Then a second maceration after reduction in anisette (house blend -> this is where EGIAZKI's secret EGIAZKI's secret). This homemade anisette allows us to control the balance balance between sugar, anise and fruit. This process takes between 6 and 8 months. Our liqueurs are not filtered, except when we reach the very end of the vat to eliminate as much sediment as possible. 70 cl

The dark mahogany colour and shine of Pommeau de Normandie are outstanding. The nose is elegant, smooth and flattering with candid notes of gingerbread and prune. The mouth is round and soft and releases cooked aromas with a complex and balanced finish. Best served cold, it holds its rank as an aperitif, or Norman cheeses or dessert.

The olive leaves are used according to an ancient Mediterranean recipe, adapting the method of hand-made preparation, Olivetum is produced, a bitter with a sweet taste made of Olive leaves and citrus fruits peels. It is entirely produced with natural ingredients. Olive leaves and fruit citrus leaves are being put in alcohol to soak; once filtered, caramelized sugar is added until the right maturation is reached. Dense, slightly alcoholic and pleasant to the taste, its flavour is better exhalted if you taste it cool as an aperitif or after meal drink so that you can try its best digestive characteristics.

A great classic in the family of liqueurs ! Quickly after the Patxaran, we decided to create our own mint liqueur recipe. Our range of liqueurs playing more on sweetness and subtlety, we have bet here on intensity and freshness. Beyond its freshness, Menta Egiazki stands out for its lightness, roundness and subtle spices. We achieved this balance by combining two varieties of mint, one peppery and the other green. The first provides a feeling of absolute freshness and the second softens this subtle blend. Our recipe is made from natural essences of spearmint and peppermint leaves obtained by distillation. You should also know that this beautiful green color displayed by the Menta does not hide excess sugar and only reinforces the effect of freshness in the mouth.

The Basto Distillery is a distillation unit that revitalises the Basto region's ancestral methods for producing alcoholic beverages, with particular emphasis on burning wine and grape marc in an alembic. The Basto Distillery combines the traditional production of wine and grape marc spirits with the production of a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, either under its own brand or at the client's request. The valorisation of by-products from wine production is one of the focuses of the project behind the distillery, fostering the circular economy in the agricultural sector. At the same time, the implementation of alcoholic beverage projects for third parties allows for the expansion of production to all types of distilled beverages, contributing to the diversification of the local productive economy.

Manzana Egiazki is inspired by the traditional recipe of the famous Spanish Basque liqueur obtained by distilling green apples. A very popular liqueur in the 2000s, it was gradually forgotten. La Maison Egiazki therefore wanted to revisit this classic and modernize it. Harmoniously balanced, the Manzana Egiazki is the perfect combination of sweetness and lightness in an explosion of freshness. The discreet nose opens naturally with notes of apple. Unlike its competitors, it is not very sweet to leave plenty of room for the fruit and an astonishing roundness in the mouth. On tasting, notes of crunchy fruit between apple and pear mingle with a rich and creamy texture. Our liqueur is free from preservatives and artificial colourings so its appearance is 100% natural. Bottling, corking and labeling are also done by hand.

Feijoa (Brazilian guava), water, sugar, alcohol A three-month maceration in neutral alcohol allows the Feijoa to release all its aromas. We leave the thick skin with the fruit a concentrate of flavors. 70 cl

Artisanal apple liqueur, created by macerating wild apples from the Basque Country in aniseed alcohol called "anisette". It is a gourmet liqueur with the taste of caramelized apple pie. Le 44 is a traditional Norman recipe. La Flaguerie 44 is obtained by the maceration of coffee grains, orange, and cloves in cider brandy for a minimum period of 44 days.

Plum liqueur "Slivyanka" is more of a folk drink. It is made from slightly overripe, fragrant plum fruits. To prepare our Slivyanka, we used an infusion of smoky dried prunes and plum juice. The drink turned out to be a beautiful red color with a sweet and sour taste and moderate strength. It is recommended to drink it in its pure form at room temperature – the cold completely kills the aroma and bright plum taste. Vodka is not felt in the drink.

Passionate by tea and inspired by some of the most worldwide famous portuguese wines we created these special blended teas by extracting the best flavor characteristics of tea and Porto Wine and fusing them in a subtle union.

Vela is an ideal exhibitor for wines and / or liqueurs. It consists of an upper surface made for the inclined presentation of bottles, an intermediate shelf composed of compartments for stocking up the bottles (horizontally positioned) and a lower part perfect for housing the spare crates.
