DOUBLE PANTOGRAPH WHEELED PLATFORMS Double pantograph lifting platforms with pedal pump, 4 wheels, 2 fixed and 2 pivoting, holding brake, chrome handle for pushing, hand lever for the descent at a controlled rate, enamel paint dried in the oven.

Mechanical platform with wheels and single pantographwith actuation by crank. The platform consists of a sturdy steel frame and is equipped with polyurethane wheels with locking brake. The movement ascent and descent takes place through the actuation of a crank with threaded pin which opens and closes the pantograph. Turning the handle clockwise opens the pantograph and the platform is lifted, naturally turning counterclockwise this lowers. (is the system of mechanical cric). The mechanical crank platform is used primarily as a work surface and where you have to make a few lifting because it is slower than the hydraulic models. It 'also suitable for assembly of molds or mechanical components in tight spaces because it does not have the the driving tiller and is not bulky.

FPHK 285-C - DRUMS TILTER FOR FORKLIFTERS The FPHK 285-C tilter has a fork-mounted structure and is suitable for lifting and emptying metal drums from lt. 200 with diameter mm. 580-600. The device is complete with a band for locking the drum, a frontal safety rod and an angular transmission with a handwheel for rotation. The tilter can also lift plastic drums with edges but only of the type that can be seen in the picture.

And it’s so simple: pick up the reel on the boom or the V-block, run to the machine, apply the brakes and then comfortably push the roll from the boom or V-block into the machine.

BATTERY FORKLIFTER FPBINGO 150 N Forklift with manual traverse and lift battery. Available with platform, forks or spike reel holder. Complete with battery charger. The lifter lifting speed without charge is approximately 17 seconds (90 mm/sec.) for the total stroke up to 1500 mm. The product comes with the standard support surface but it can be equipped with other accessories by purchasing them separately.

HYDRAULIC DRUMS TILTER MOD. DA-FP 45 for metal or plastic drums. The new drums-tilter mod. DA-FP 45 is equipped with hook and safety band and is suitable for lifting, transporting, emptying both 210 liter metal and plastic drums. INCLINABLE LIFTING PLATFORMS The tilting lifting platform BL series are specially designed to allow operators to fill or empty boxes and containers with maximum comfort, without having to perform repetitive movements harmful to health. The inclination is automatic and maximum lifting height reaches 45°, this greatly facilitates the removal of small parts at the bottom of containers. The lifting is by foot pump and the BL 15 to reach the maximum height takes only 20 pump strokes. The load floor is equipped with a robust containment drawer side.

When it comes to hygiene, the stainless steel lifter meets the rigorous requirements of food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical production (IP66). This is due to its elaborately electropolished surface finish that permits only minimal particle adhesion. Thanks to numerous manual and electric lifters, the E300 can be used for a wide range of applications, including handling drums, tubs and vessels up to a height of 2.35 metres. Made of electropolished stainless steel, the INOX 200 handles loads of up to 200 kg. It was specially developed for industries with rigorous requirements in terms of cleanliness and hygiene (IP66) and is therefore frequently used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The model can be equipped with electric or manual tools, for example to move reels, Euro stacking containers or barrels – depending on the lifting task in question.
