The long handle of the sample scoop makes it possible to take samples even from places that are difficult to reach, for example large containers with very little content. The high rim prevents the sample from spilling after it is taken. The light design of the stainless steel scoop ensures comfortable handling. This sample scoop PharmaScoop has been developed in order to meet the high requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, such as those contained in the FDA regulations. Like all samplers for the pharmaceutical industry, they are made of stainless steel AISI 316 without edges, crevices or undercuts in which sample residues could collect and contaminate subsequent samples. The highly polished inner and outer surfaces of the scoop therefore meet all the requirements for GMP compliance in production and sampling.

The SteriPlast® sample scoop made of polystyrene is produced and assembled in our clean room of class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. The sample scoop is ideal for powders, granulates and pastes. The scoop with transparent cover can be closed immediately after sampling and the sterility and exclusion of contamination can therefore be safeguarded. Ergonomics were particularly important to us for the design of the sample scoop. CheMobil made of PMP/TPX can be used for many substances due to its good chemical resistance. Not suitable for strong acids, alkalis and solvents. CheMobil can be steam sterilised. Flow indicators give precise visual indication of the flow velocity of liquids or gases being transported through hose connections. The flow indicator with impeller functions in both directions and in any position. The impeller starts to rotate at a flow rate about 150 ml/min (liquids).

Easy-Click closure - stop-it can be opened and closed in any position - without tiresome screwing on and off. High quality material - stop-it made from the heat resistant and chemical resistant plastic PVDF. The clamp is galvanised steel. The hose clip can be used wherever the flow in hoses with liquids or gases needs to be regulated or stopped. Stepless flow regulation: With the hose clip stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.

The sampling palette knife spatula can be used to apply, distribute or evenly spread viscous media such as pastes and creams. The palette knife spatula reaches easily into the corners and curves of various containers and is suitable for scraping out bowls, removing residue or wiping off Bürkle's volumetric and dosing spoons. The dimensionally stable long edge of the plastic scraper is ideal for cutting viscous media. A small tip on the long edge can be used for ripping, for example packaging film. The scraper is also suitable for stirring and blending. The EQM-402 Mixer Mill is a great ally when preparing samples for analysis, as it can mill, mix and homogenize quickly small volumes of sample. Especially designed for the final preparation of small quantities of hard, semi-hard and fragile samples - up to 50 ml -. This unit is able to prepare two samples simultaneously and to reduce them from an initial size of 0.8 a 1.5mm to a grain size of less than 10μ in a short time – 1 to 4 minutes -.

The EQP-100 pellet press can exert a pressure of up to 40 tons, enjoying a robust and durable design. User-friendly, efficient, offering up to five working programs of single or double pressing cycle. Makes 40 mm pellets/tablets only. Very easy to manage, a comfortable display allows the user to digitally adjust the time and pressure. The double cycle pressing allows the release of occluded gases in the sample during the first cycle, ensuring thus the production of high quality pellets.

The EQP-200 Pellet Press has been especially designed to obtain high quality pellets/tablets for XRF. This press can exert a pressure of up to 40 tons. Of durable and robust design, it is very easy to manage, efficient, and offers 5 working programs with single and double pressing cycles. An exceptional instrument. Keeping all the features of its predecessor (EQP-100), the EQP-200 also offers the possibility of making pellets of different diameters, just by changing the pressing tool. This device facilitates also the cleaning and maintenance tasks. Its versatility enables the unit to work also with different shapes of press tools, such as square, rectangular, etc.

Lödige laboratory mixers of type L5, L10, L20 or L50 have a total drum volume of 5, 10, 20 or 50 litres. The ploughshare shovels in special arrangement on a mixing shaft in a horizontal, cylindrical drum rotate closely to the wall. Their peripheral speed and geometric form are coordinated in such a way that the mix is moved out of the product bed against the centrifugal force and in axial direction at the same time. All the product is constantly involved in the process, ensures a maximum mixing intensity at even the highest throughputs and shortest residence times until the product is discharged out of the mixer via an outlet. Thanks to their form adapted to individual application and the speed adjustment, Lödige ploughshare mixers can be used for a wide range of applications – for processing bulk solids (powdery, grainy, fibrous) or pumpable products. Choppers can be additionally installed in the mixing drum to increase the turbulence in the mixing process.
