Damping cushions made of stainless steel are knitted and pressed in a special process. Depending on size, density and design it can be loaded in a range between 5 and 20.000 kg. It can be pressed in cylindrical or rectangular shape. Versions with bunches and steps are available. Standard materials are 1.4301 and 1.4404. Additional materials and special designs are on demand. Platinum cured Silicone Hoses have a very low glass transition temperatures. They are transparent, and hence one can see through the fabric reinforcement. Food grade silicones show excellent heat resistance, cold flexibility, dielectric properties and especially good resistance to weather, ozone and UV rays. Platinum-grade silicone formulations are designed specifically for use with food products. FDA approved silicone has reduced food taint and very low bacteria build up resulting in ultimately lower maintenance costs. The platinum-cured Silicone Hoses are reinforced with multiple plies of knit polyester; and wire too if needed, to withstand different pressure levels.The temperature range is between -50 °C +180 °C (upto 250 °C peak working temperatures if reinforced with meta-aramid)

Made of 40 Gram / m2 SS Spunbond medical fabric. It has a length of 120 cm and a width of 160 cm. The neck part has a connecting rod, and the cuffs are 3 wire knitted rubber. It has a water repellent feature. It is a laminated fabric. There is a belt bound at the waist. Overlock stitched. The stitches are pretty sturdy. Our products are individually packaged. It is a Non-sterile and Disposable Product.
