Knitted wire mesh gaskets provide an excellent cost effective EMI gasket, providing shielding in the magnetic as well as electric fields. Knitted mesh gaskets can be supplied as solid mesh or knitted over elastomeric cores with or without environmental seal in continuous lengths or fabricated to custom designs.

Damping cushions made of stainless steel are knitted and pressed in a special process. Depending on size, density and design it can be loaded in a range between 5 and 20.000 kg. It can be pressed in cylindrical or rectangular shape. Versions with bunches and steps are available. Standard materials are 1.4301 and 1.4404. Additional materials and special designs are on demand. Our product range includes various types of posts for attaching double wire mesh fences. The posts for setting in concrete with cover strips are the most commonly used type of posts. Alternatively, the posts can be attached using clamping plates powder-coated in the same RAL color. The corresponding sizes for the mats 0.63 m to 2.43 m are available.
