The central idea of high pressure tools is to concentrate the energy of a high pressure water jet at the smallest possible point to maximise its effect. The smaller the area to be sprayed, the slower the process will be on large areas. The solution is to move the high pressure water jet quickly and systematically. Rotating joints allow the water to be transferred from fixed to rotating parts of the high pressure tool so that the water jet is moved in a targeted manner. KAMAT rotary joints are suitable for pressures up to 4,000 bar. They can be driven by internal or external energy and can reach up to 3,000 revolutions per minute. For fatigue-free and safe working, we also offer easy-to-use swivels for high pressure hoses, suitable for our high pressure pumps. Also designed and manufactured in-house, these swivels are internally streamlined to minimise flow restrictions.

Rotary pressure joint is an assembly which secures sealing between inlet pipe and rotational cylinder thus providing heat transfer by media in or from the equipment's rotational element. Fluids that are commonly used for heat transfer are water, thermal oils, hydraulic oils, cooling fluids and vapor. When it comes to rotary pressure joints, sealing of work fluids is done by the use of mechanical seal. The mechanical seals spring provides contact between sealing faces before the machine starts it's work, while during work, the contact is secured by the act of hydraulic pressure, except in cases of low operating pressures or vacuum. The threaded tube range ( for use with vertical axis at maximum speed 30 rpm) includes: PRP: 6-36 tracks 20A, 4-24 tracks 30A, 4-12 tracks 50A, IP51. PRS: 6-15 tracks 20A, 4-14 tracks 30A, 4-10 tracks 50A, IP55. PMS: 6-30 tracks 20A, IP55, air passage in option. The capsule collector range equipped with 3 to 56 tracks (2A/6A/8A/ETHERNET, 10A, 20A 250VAC), available in IP51 or IP55 versions, and radiofrequency versions (8 to 36 tracks) at a maximum of 500 rpm. The FASTON connection collector range has diameters of 32 to 70mm, 2-8 tracks (2A/5A/14A, 20A), 240VAC/DC or 400VAC/VDC, IP51 or IP55 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 400 rpm.
