The BlowION ionising air blower has been designed for multifunctional applications. It features an ergonomic, robust designed extruded anodized aluminum housing. The HP-N-Ex ionizing air blower consists of a motor and a fan. The ambient air is drawn on one side and blown off along an anti-static bar. The effective ionizing width is 500 mm. The VolumION is a very robust ionizing air blower with an effective ionising width of 500 mm. The VolumION consists of a motor, two fans and an ionisation unit. The Aerostat Sentry ionizing air blower neutralises static charges perfectly. The Sentry has been designed for areas where static electricity causes problems, ranging from dust and dirt attraction to uncomfortable electrical shocks to personnel. The Sentry is ideal for light industrial environments and it increases productivity. The Sentry is excellently suited to neutralise static charges on threedimensional objects, for instance injection moulded products. This ionizing air blower stands out for its compact design. The Flat ionizing air nozzle is used to clean and neutralize electrostatically charged surfaces. The use of compressed air allows awkward places to be neutralized and cleaned as well. Connected to a Simco power unit, the ionizing air nozzles produce an air flow which is rich in positive and negative ions. When this air flow is pointed to an electrostatically charged area, electrons are exchanged until the area is neutralized. This makes that the material is neutralized during the blow-off process and prevents the blown-off particles from being re-attracted. The current of the Flat Nozzle is limited, so that the emitter point is safe to touch. The Flat Nozzle is especially suitable for neutralising at the feeding and delivery sections of machines in the printing industry. Simco-Ion's Top Gun III is developed for light industrial applications. A high ion production attend to an optimal neutralisation of static charges. High blow-off force and low air consumption provide high-efficiency cleaning. A filter at the exit of the gun ensures that the air is clean. The gun body is lightweight and durable. It features a light-touch trigger, making it comfortable even for extended use. All functionality is built into the gun, including a flowcontrol valve, and a two-level LED which indicates if the gun is in ''stand by'' mode and if high voltage is currently active. Both the gun and cable are static dissipative. A hanger is provided for easy mounting. One gun can be connected to one power unit. Top Gun Side Kick The Top Gun Sidekick offers handsfree operation. The simple operation, the LED display for visualization of the current values and the integrated function and malfunction monitoring characterize the power supply unit. The POWER IONIZER can be operated with the Eltex AC discharging bars, ion blower nozzles and ion blower pistols. Lowest residual charges can be achieved by different adjustable parameters. HELIO®Clean 3 is a combined conveying-/ mixing-/ and dedusting device for virgin material and regrind. The dust is removed through a 3-stage dedusting system with ionisized air. The compact design makes it ideal for mounting on the feed zone of the processing machine or on a drying container. Available in 1- or 2-component version, filling is carried out by the integrated compressed air conveying technology with Venturi suction lance(s). Dedusting capacity up to 25 kg/h. Quality: Dust in granules causes lowered mechanical properties of technical plastic resins, leads to problems with surface finish in case of transparent parts, to high rate of rejects basing on smudges or white/black dots in transparent injection moulding parts like for example optical lenses of PC and PMMA. A cable with a pre-assembled connector at each end links the ThunderION anti-static bar with the Control Module. This offers quick and easy assembly. All cables carry just 24 V. The MultiPowerMaster or MPM is part of the high voltage power unit range. It features a broad range of input voltages, from 100240-V AC/5,060 Hz as well as electronically stabilized output voltage. The output voltage is factory preset to 7, 5, 4, and 3.3 kV. Red and green LEDs are incorporated in the top face of the unit. There is an option for the MPM to be fitted with an I/O connector for interfacing with a PLC, the F.E. Optional I/O signals are available for overload, high voltage present, and remote on and off. A 24-V power source is featured with the I/O connector, which enables use with the Typhoon air pressure sensor.
