Around installation technology, cable clamps for the fastening of HF cables to telecommunication masts are our speciality. These cable clamps consist of a C frame including retaining feet (for installation on to a C-profile or flat bar) and a fastening screw with grouted thrust washer. In addition, the corresponding number of cable trays (inlays) are supplied. C frame The C frames are stamped bent parts which – depending on their size – have lateral pieces to provide rigidity and stability. The fixing screws have a uniform hexagon head. Due to the construction and material selection, after tightening, a secure hold is ensured even without a lock nut. A torque of 1.5 Nm is recommended here. Installation to flat bars is possible up to a material thickness of 9.3 mm. Inlay The cable troughs are chamfered for side installation or simple setting into the C frame. The wide overlap protects against falling through before tightening the fastening screw.

In order to avoid chemical reactions such as curing or crystallization during the dosing process, any contact with metal in the area in contact with the material in the dispenser was avoided. The materials used have been carefully selected: On the one hand with regard to chemical resistance to adhesives and other fluids and on the other hand with regard to highest resistance to physical wear by abrasive media. Highly reactive materials such as sulfuric acid, anaerobic UV curing acrylates and electrolytes require special treatment. They can be dosed with highest accuracy and best repeatability. The new metal-free dispenser can be easily installed on existing ViscoTec drive technologies and offers the same advantages as other proven dispensers from the portfolio of the dosing technology specialist. The metal-free dispenser is available in many sizes.

The core of the technology is the automated welding process, where the tank is simultaneously welded on the inside and the outside. Similar to the Lipp double fold technology the material will be pre formed by Lipp special forming machines and reinforcement ribs are applied for additional stability. By doing so, the wall thickness can be reduced which will have an economic effect on the overall material costs, without compromising structural stability. The FHx58 family is ideally suited for use in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and offshore applications.
