Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G2 are mainly used for heating hydraulic oil in containers in which the replacement of the heating cartridge without draining the medium must be possible. Ceramic heating cartridge in stainless steel tube ø 50mm, material-no. 1.4512 or material-no. 1.4404. G2″ thread SW70 welded from V2A. Terminal box made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, degree of protection IP66/67. Unheated zone 50mm, surface load 1,5 W/cm², voltage 230/400 V. Special versions on request.

We can work up to sizes of 2 x 2 m, and we can realize medium series (500 - 10.000pcs.) as well as high volume productions (up to 1 million pcs.). All voltages from 3,7V up to 480V are possible. Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. The construction of RiRo-nta is identical with RiRo-nt except for the fact that heating power can be steplessly regulated by our built-in thermostat. It keeps the temperature of your choice constant between +5°C and + 30°C or just protects your room from frost. The red signalling light shows when power is on.
