Working at high pressure and high volume flow with the KAMAT Triplex plunger pump K45000-3G: particularly suitable for pressure tests of containers, pipeline stressing and pipeline testing. The K45000-3G focuses on hydraulic applications and jetting. In jetting, the 450 kW high-pressure plunger pump is often installed in large mobile systems. The K45000-3G plunger pump is particularly suitable when high litre capacities are to be realised at high pressure. Our new light weight pump for demanding truck hydraulics for operating, for example, loader cranes, hooklifts, etc. Displacement range 12-108 cm3⁄rev and working pressure up to 400 bar. Direction of rotation is easy to change by turning the connection cover. We use 2 types of seals. first type fitted with extra heat-resistant seals (Viton) to withstand higher tempe­ratures when mounted on an engine power take-off. These type of seals used in high temperatures region. The second type is normal seals which can withstand cold weather. We use the best bearings which stand high heat temperatures and high speed rotation.

Variable displacement axial-piston pumps in swashplate design are intended for hydraulic actuators combined of pump and motor, operating in closed circuit systems. Operate in stroke of mobile machines – harvesters, concrete mixers, paving compactors and other.They are used for driving mobile machines, like combines, or rotating technological equipment, like transit mixer drums, etc. Axial-piston pumps are easily controlled and relatively compact. Pump flow is directly proportional to the cylinder block speed and displacement varied with the swashplate position. Flow direction is reversed with a tilt of the swashplate in either of the opposite directions from its neutral position.

Gast piston air compressors and vacuum pumps are built to withstand the most rugged of operating conditions. With corrosion-resistant materials used for critical internal parts and Teflon filled rings, the design provides consistent flows throughout the service life of the compressor. All models are oilless and come in motor-mounted or separate drive styles.
