The surfaceCONTROL 3D 2500 snapshot sensor is used in 3D measurements for geometry, shape and surface inspection on diffuse reflecting surfaces. The sensor can be used in both automated in-line and at-line inspections as well as in the metrology room. The fringe light projection allows direct 3D measurement. The sensor is characterized by its large measuring field as well as a high measuring range depth of up to 300 mm with a repeatability of up to 3.0 µm. The captured images are transferred to the external controller where they are processed into 3D data. Three models cover different measuring fields.

The models of the xiB-64 series with selected Luxima, CMOSIS and GPixel sensors range from variants with 1.1 Mpix resolution and over 3,600 fps to 65.4 Mpix at 76 fps. The xiB-64 series combines high speed and high resolution in a compact package (60mm x 70mm x 40mm). The ability to transfer image data directly into the PC's main memory (DMA) enables both high-capacity data storage and further processing of image data on graphics processors (GPUs). The range of applications extends from process monitoring, sports broadcasts and flow measurements (PIV) in the high-speed range to land surveying, medical technology and high-resolution spectroscopy. Reaching a resolution of 65.4Mpix (9,344 x 7000 pixels) and up to 71 fps, the newly introduced CB262 from the xiB-64 series expands the product portfolio of XIMEA GmbH from Münster. The PCIe3.0 interface allows image data to be transmitted at 64 Gbps (8 GB/s) - even over distances of 100 m via fiber optic connections.

The reflectCONTROL RCS110-245 with integrated controller is designed for stationary measurements or integration into machines. This compact sensor detects anomalies on shiny surfaces which are processed and displayed as reflectivity and curvature image by software. GigE Vision enables the transfer of surface images to a wide range of image processing software packages for further analyses.

The Scannix + is an industrial X-Ray film digitizer specifically designed to offer the highest quality of images for the NDT market. Not an additional operation but a true improvement. In the radiographic industry, Films storage and post processing have always been neglected. Both these aspects are however very important matters to take into account in the overall costs and efficiency of the Radiographic process. A computerized storage of the radiographies will also dramatically reduce the risk of loosing the archives of a job. The scannix + is driven by our Acquisition software and is delivered with the scanner as a standard. As a digital image, a radiography can also be processed with our Image Processing Software IPS012 allowing details that were hidden to appear, thanks to different filters and the contrast settings but also a lot of different tools and add-on like SRb, SNR, etc. Acquisition can also be linked to IPS012 allowing an automatic transfer of the image to start...

Dicom Dir Navigator (DDN) is a stand alone module designed to create libraries of images but also to transfer images between users. Creates your own DCM images libraries with the Dicom Dir Standard and share them with your customers, thanks to the free included viewer.

The electro-pneumatic drive of the doctoring unit offers high speeds and the pneumatic pad stroke movement maximum flexibility. Superb accessibility on all four sides is guaranteed. Print image transfer takes place at only one workpiece position. Processes such as ink pick-up, ink transfer and ink residue pick-up system take place synchronously. A result is the high performance. Ink residue pick-up system and integrated VIPA S7 PLC control are a standard option. Program enhancement possible at any time. Up to 10 program variants per printing station can be stored. Memory cards for additional jobs can be integrated in the external operator panel.

The Eagle 320 is the latest enrichment in the range of thermal imaging technology and is provided with a camera sensor made of amorphous silicone.
