It is the furnaces where the hardening process of various aluminum profiles is happened, in other words, the aging process. Aluminum profiles are loaded into the furnace with the help of loading cars. The profiles which are kept in the oven at about 185 °C for 6-8 hours will be harden with the aging process. Accelerate the hardening process of your concrete product Would you like to increase your productivity? Use a low-pressure steam generator! Under normal conditions the final hardening level is reached after 28 days. By the aid of a low-pressure steam generator we accelerate the hardening process without quality loss of the concrete. The concrete product is already hardened enough to be demoulded after 12 hours. It is no rocket science to see that this machine can increase your production output tremendously! The low-pressure steam generator is used for heating, curing, hardening, defrosting, cleaning and disinfecting.

Nozzle tips for hot runner nozzles made of titanium-zirconium-molybdenum offer particularly high thermal conductivity of 140 W/mK coupled with excellent temperature and corrosion resistance. Glass fiber-reinforced plastics are exceptionally strong during processing but also highly abrasive. An optimum combination of thermal conductivity and material hardness is required. The TZM nozzle tips of Plansee are exceptionally resistant to aggression: the SHN surface hardening process. Using SHN surface hardening, we can strengthen peripheral areas and entire TZM components through the addition of a permanent, adherent diffusion layer. As a result, our customers benefit from the use of a tough, heat-resistant material with a wear-resistant surface. Surface hardening takes place during the gas phase. Coatings that we produce using the SHN process adhere better than conventional PVD or CVD layers. They perfectly replicate the surface contour of the TZM product.

The AL-ROCK is a laser hardening system for surface hardening with a self-propelled caterpillar track. The laser can be brought directly to the workpiece. All common metals can be hardened, e.g. Quenched and tempered steels, cold work steels and cast steel or gray cast iron. The material must have at least 80% pearlite. The degrees of hardness that can be achieved are identical to those of conventional hardening processes. In free 3D movements, the laser beam precisely follows even the most demanding three-dimensional workpiece contours, for example on tracks along closing edges. Pimples, scar structures. Simple points are also not a problem. Only the free access of the laser beam to the surface to be hardened is required.
