Pressed bends are designed for building ventilation systems based on spiral and plain ducts. Seam welds provide air tightness class D without the need to use any other sealants. In ventilation and heat recuperation systems, the double EPDM gasket provides air tightness class D according to EN 12237. The piece is connected with a duct by inserting one into the other. The pressed form of the ventilation piece helps to reduce the flow resistance and the pressure loss.

The DSQWA rectangular multiblade aluminium dampers can be used to control and isolate air flow in rectangular ductwork. The dampers can be installed in ventilation ducts, as wallmounted air flow regulators, or AHU air flow regulating and shutoff units. All dampers have a housing made of 4 aluminium profiles and a closure consisting of aluminium blades. The blade height is the same for all product sizes. The blades are fitted with gaskets to provide air tightness class 2 as per EN 17512003. The DSQWA damper can have a handoperated damper mechanism QDMPSAL, an externallymounted actuator, or an actuator mounting. The damper mechanism is installed on the outer surface of the housing. The damper blade rotation mechanism features short and long shafts rotating by intermeshed gears installed on bearings. The gears are installed on the outer surface of the housing.

Airless bottles are used for packing (storing) semi firm cosmetic products. Their advantage is that they are made entirely of plastic components, i.e. they have no metal parts. Their mechanism has an automated self gasketing valve that stops the air and prevents contamination and oxidation of the product. Dosage of the product is possible in any position and the percentage of the product´s usage is more than 98%. The conditions and the method of production of plastic containers and closures are in accordance with the following standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. With the containers we deliver producer´s certificate that is accompanied by technical documentation and documentation which states that the final products are safe for health.

High Performance Ovens is engineered to meet the most critical temperature requirements. They are designed for continuous drying operations at temperatures up to 240°C. Horizontal air flow provides fast heat-up and recovery and ensures rapid drying. Heated air is continuously circulated by turbo blower. A high temperature gasket door seal eliminates air leakage and ensures longer gasket life while being subjected to extreme operational temperatures.
