Silencers/Mufflers; diesel and gas engine exhaust noise is designed based on required target noise levels and current pressure drop. In an exhaust gas heat exchanger, the hot exhaust gas from the CHP engines or CHP gas turbines is cooled, in the process heating water, a water-glycol mixture or thermal oil. This thermal energy can be used in a local or district heating system or for other industrial purposes.

Fullpro GEO 15W-40, is an ultra high engine oil which is developed to used in heavy commercial vehicle engines operated with LPG, LNG or CNG fuel. It meets Cummins CES 20074 performance. Due to the low ash feature, it reduces deposit formation.

Fullpro HT MSPS GAS 15W-40, is an ultra high engine oil which is developed to used in natural gas fueled engines of heavy commercial vehicles. It meets Cummins CES 20092 performance. It meets the performance requirements of many natural gas fueled engines.

ASCO CO2 Gas Revert Recovery Systems are engineered to efficiently recover the revert CO2 gas from ASCO Dry Ice Pellet and Block Machines which normally direct the revert (flash) gas to the atmosphere. When dry ice is produced the conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice is approx. 4045 %. This means 5560 % is lost to the atmosphere. This conversation rate is a physical fact and therefore, unfortunately, not to change. With a CO2 Revert Recovery System, however, most of the CO2 can be recovered which leads to a final conversion rate of approx. 9095 %. This way, the dry ice production costs are reduced up to 50 %.

Alloy 718 was initially developed for the aerospace industry but its excellent strength and corrosion resistance were recognised by the oil industry and it is now widely used in this field also. Alloy 718 is a nickel-chromium alloy with additions of niobium & molybdenum which can be heat-treated to give high strength, good corrosion resistance, ease of formability and which can be welded with good resistance to strain age cracking. The alloy can be used at temperatures up to 700ºC. Alloy 718 for the oil industry is heat treated such that the hardness does not exceed 40HRC which is the maximum allowed by NACE MR-01-75/ ISO 15156: 3 to prevent stress corrosion cracking.
