Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO provide optimum utilization of motor output for variable speed control. The starting current is limited and, at the same time, the motor and gearbox loads are reduced – any mechanical elements (including the crane girders and crane runway) are protected and loads are transported smoothly and gently.

Being produced in ELKON’s latest tech production facilities, stationary continuous mixing plants (pugmills) are mainly used for subbase (stabilization) material with / without cement production and RCC concrete for dam or road pavement projects. Equipped with 5000/2500 l. capacity ELKON continuous twinshaft mixer, there two models of pugmill plants, 300 tons/h and 500 tons/h capacity. In this mixing plants, thanks to aggregate bins equipped with dosing belts, it’s possible to adjust material flow rate by means of frequency inverters. Cement flow rate can also be precisely adjusted by a screw equipped with frequency inverter whilst the water flow by a proportional valve. All materials are mixed passing through ELKON C200 mixer continuously according to the recipe and flow speed.

The diaphragm dosing pumps in the MEMDOS MR series have been developed for a wide range of applications in dosing technology. The SPR could also be equipped with a frequency inverter upon request (up to 7.5 kW). The agitator shaft is directly connected at the shaft journal of the drive via sleeve or flange coupling. Solutions with quick-change or precisions-change coupling are also feasible for lower drive ratings of up to 3.0 kW. The standard agitator element is a propeller. Additionally the traverse allows the use of the agitator when the drum is open. The mobile mixer FR-HX is by default equipped with an on-/off-switch with low voltage breaker and – upon request – with a connection cable. . The FR-HX could also be equipped with a frequency inverter upon request. Explosion-proof design after ATEX (2014/34/EU) for operation in ex-zones 0-2 for gases and zones 20-22 for dusts (Device group II, category 1-3).

The FR series is a fast running electric drum mixer that can directly be mounted on 200 l steel drums with a 2“ bung hole. The mounting on the drum is done with a 2” threaded adapter with which the agitator is screwed into the bung hole. The agitator shaft is connected to the drive shaft by means of a sleeve coupling. Folding propellers are used as mixing elements, which can be inserted into the drum through the 2” bung hole when being folded. The FR series mobile mixer is delivered as a turn-key solution with an on-/off-switch with low voltage breaker and connection cable. The H igh F requency vibrators of this series have to be operated with a frequency converter or inverter. If operated with a frequency inverter an rpm adjustment can be realised with little effort.
