Fully Automated/Computerized Distillation System for fractionating of crude oil samples, atmospheric residues resp. vacuum distillations of lubricating oil samples up to very low operation pressure (high vacuum HV Operation pressures down to 0.005 mmHg, allowing fraction temperatures up to 600 °C AET). The unit is equipped with an automatic fraction collector (FC) and combined automatic fraction discharge into final receivers, which are closed automatically. The fraction volumes and weights are determined by builtin volume follower system and internal balance (included software "FCExtension" allows to operate very narrow fractions by using max. 40 receivers).

FF can be equipped with slotted or holed baskets and the rotor has a special design.

Rubber crumb with a fraction of 1-3 mm is one of the important components necessary for the manufacture of artificial turf for sports grounds and running tracks, as well as for covering children's and playgrounds. Terms of use: • Temperature of working materials, base surface and environment from +10°С to +40°С. • The crumb rubber should be dry and should not contain rubber dust, textile cord, etc. • The temperature of the binder should range from +15°С to +25°С • The surface temperature of the base should be at least 3°C above the dew point. Use on on damp bases is prohibited; • The surface should be dust-free, degreased, cleaned of contaminants • Exposure to atmospheric precipitation is undesirable during the day after laying the coating Laying technology: The crumb can be used both at manual laying of coverings, and when using automatic stackers.

Machine designed mainly to eliminate the problem of the presence of wood in screened materials. Besides wood, this machine is able to remove all light fractions, such as plastics, paper, peat or similar, from materials through the particular action of jets of water under pressure. These polluting particles are discarded through a density difference separation system.
