The LOGO.S formwork system with a concrete pressure capacity of up to 100 kN/m² is fully compatible with all system components in the LOGO series which means it can be used universally around the world. This product has been designed specifically for the French housing and industrial construction sector as there is particular demand for steel facing. Moreover, strict requirements in terms of occupational safety are in place and adherence to these is checked by means of regular controls. With only three main components, the formwork system also impresses with optimised material deployment.

The multifunctional working-platform Multip by PASCHAL has proven to be one of the most efficient and most highly-safeguarded systems for work platforms on formwork. If you combine the PASCHAL formwork systems with Multip, this complete system comprising both formwork and scaffolding provides even better forming times, combined with the necessary working safety.

It supports the efficiency and cost effectiveness of climbing systems in adjusting flexibly to the structure geometry and in permitting larger formwork units. With the climbing bracket 240 PASCHAL wall formwork systems can be also used as climbing formwork. This is especially an advantage for building a structure in several height phases. A complete climbing unit consists of climbing platform (bracket + planking), formwork, concrete and suspended scaffold and can be moved with only one crane cycle. Hereby efficient and economic work sequences can be achieved.

Riga Poliform Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with a special composite material on both faces. Overlay colour The standard color is grey. Application Formwork systems. Advantages This product produces a superior appearance to the concrete surface whilst protecting the plywood substrate. The expected lifetime of the panels, when properly used, may exceed 100 times. The thickness of the composite face material helps to protect the plywood against swelling. The composite material is ecologically safe and recyclable. Overlay The composite material is made of wood fibres and polypropylene. The overlay is glued with D3 or D4 class glues according to the standard EN 204 requirements. The thickness of the overlay is 1.6 mm. The surface is glossy or mat. The surface of this material resists well against various kinds of damages. After use, the panels release well and maintain their performance for a long time. Moisture absorption inferior to 1.8% translates to excellent weather resistance. The UV-resistance of the HPL-overlay is from average to good. The panels can be used within a temperature range from -40°C up to +80°C. Sizes 1220 mm x 2440 / 3050 mm 1250 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm 1500 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm 1525 mm x 2440 / 3050 mm Cut-to-size panels are available in accordance with customers’ requirements. Frame modular formwork MSK is light panel formwork, main element has the following dimensions 100 cm x 150 cm. Mounting element height is 7.5 cm. Base element width is 100 cm. Due to great width range of finishing (fitting) elements, for example 75, 60, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30 and 25 cm and presence of compensating element of 5 cm, formwork can be adapted to any monolith project. At construction sites where there is no crane formwork installation can be executed manually due to light weight of elements.

Hydraulic climbing formwork is a very safe formwork since there is no need for continuous dismantling and re-assembly of formwork by crane during the construction phase – the complete set-up is assembled only once at ground level before start of construction. PSK-DELTA system is well suited for both simple and composite structures. So, the use of PSK-DELTA shuttering is always cost-effective. This is realized through the structural features of a panel frame, lock and components. The panel design makes it possible to conduct in concrete works without limiting the speed of concrete casting up to the height of 3 meters. The robot-aided fabrication workshop ensures perfect geometry of shuttering panels. • Wall formwork • Column formwork • Radial wall formwork • Foundation formwork The system uses a universal lock (EUstadard) providing the single connecting part and ensuring coherence, evenness and tightness of connection. An opening for a tension bar has a conical shape, which enables moving the tension bar at an angle of 4° whatsoever right and left and facilitates cleaning from concrete; a taper sleeve is made of steel. The tension bar diameter may be up to 20 mm.

Universal deck form PSK-CUP combines the functions of deck form and scaffolding. The deck form PSK-CUP corresponds to the space frame which forms the rigid frame without joints which does not require additional stabilization by diagonal connections in most cases. It is assembled from the tubular members: vertical and horizontal, lower threaded lifting jacks and upper threaded uniforks, connection elements, it may be completed with fixation elements. Vertical elements are the basic bearing components of the framework on vertical plane. There are six basic dimension. They are joined with the help of connection elements according to the principle “tube-in-tube”. In every 500 mm the vertical elements have welded cup connections – “lower cup” produced from the high-quality steel, with the attached mobile cups – “upper cup” produced from ductile casting. They provide support for horizontal elements. The horizontal elements provide the framework rigidity.

Velox is the girder slab formwork for all kinds of layouts. Meeting individual requirements regarding the concrete finish is no problem because it is suitable for a variety of surfaces, such as massive concrete, paneled surfaces, hollow stone floor and as well as for styrofoam slab. Two VELOX design versions are available for use and both versions can be assembled and dismantled easily and safely by 2 people only.

EVODECK this system is suitable for all types of ceiling such as: solid concrete, floor slab (paneled surfaces), mixed floor (concrete and masonry) and lightweight slabs. The drop head permits early stripping already after 2 to 5 days and most of the formwork equipment can be reused right away in the next concrete operation.

The circular column formwork SK100 has been designed for forming columns with circular cross-section. To form curved stop-end or oval column, the SK100 system can be combined with Varimax and circular formwork Ringform. The system consists of two semicircular formwork halves, with standard diameters from 30 cm up to 130 in a 10 cm grid. The semicircular elements are fixed to each other by means of integrated connectors (no additional fixation elements are required). 3 heights of elements are available, 50 cm, 100 cm and 200 cm, which can be combined by means of vertical stacking to assemble any height required.

DESCRIPTION: IZOTEX MEGA 300 composite waterproofing membrane made of polyester/polyurethane, heat-treated, which is specially designed for concrete shear walls. USAGE AREA: It is used for positive side waterproofing of concrete shear walls produced with double-sided formwork systems. ADVANTAGES: - %100 waterproof - Moisture Reterdant - Applied easily to the concrete shear wall surface with it’s special adhesive, does not require heat or other toxic elements for bonding. - It has tensile strength against surface tension caused by building settlements and m - Since it covers large areas in a single use during application it saves time. - It is applied just one layer, does not need several layers to be applied . APPLICATION: It’s fibrous structure provides the membrane to be easily bonded to the surface. IZOTEX MEGA 300 Concrete Shear Wall Waterproofing Membrane is applied on concrete shear walls vertically and horizontally with IZOTEX T-85 ADHESIVE.
