Food Grade Hydraulic Fluids are lubricants designed for use in hydraulic systems within food processing facilities, where there may be occasional contact with food. They are also suitable for application in the maintenance of bearings, chains, and valves in canning and bottling equipment. These specialized fluids are formulated using synthetic hydrocarbons known as Poly Alpha Olefins, combined with carefully crafted additive blends. This unique composition ensures exceptional wear resistance, temperature stability, and safeguards against the accumulation of varnish and deposits.

Next to the comprehensive range of H1 food grade lubricants, Lubcon offers 3H approved release agents, used on hard surfaces in contact with food products to prevent these from adhering during processing.

Fully synthetic cutting oils with NSF/H1 food grade approval. Ideally suited for lubrication in the paper and corrugating industry.

Solid-free product range of high-temperature chain oils with InS/H1 food grade approval for the lubrication of conveyor chains. These products minimise lubricant consumption on conveyor chains in high-temperature ovens and dryers and prevent carbonised deposits.

H1 certified, synthetic special greases containing polyalphaolefin (PAO) combined with a unique polyurea-al complex soap. Suitable for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings at medium to high speeds. Turmosynthgrease ALN grease is far superior to common aluminium or aluminium complex grease types and is therefore able to provide an extended grease life and a very low consumption.

Turmosynth VG 4800 is H1 approved, colourless, very adhesive, highly-viscous white oil offering high pressure resistance and lasting protection against wear and corrosion. It can be used across a wide temperature range. Remains fluid even in cold conditions and leaves no solid residues.

Multi-purpose H1 approved greases based on food grade oils and aluminium special soap, suitable for guideways, sliding components as well as bearings. These very adherent greases have a wide temperature range and are thus suitable and approved for many applications in the food-, beverage- or pharmaceutical industry

Maintenance-Free Roller Bearings with Extended Service Life. Turmocomp HD 150 is a lubrication concept enabling effective lubrication of roller bearings even in complex operating conditions. The lubricating compound is a composition of molecular polymers and synthetic base oils. For applications in the food industry, H1-approved oils are being used. A subsequent heat treatment hardens the compound to a firm, open-porous matrix structure. It completely fills the bearing cavities and cannot be displaced easily. Due to its structure, a significantly greater amount of lubricant can be stored in comparison to conventional grease. This compound is suitable for almost any geometry of roller bearings. Turmocomp HD 150 is the perfect solution in applications where re-lubrication with conventional grease or oil is not possible or where bearing failures occur regularly after a very short time due to harsh operating conditions.

Quickly evaporating special cleaner and degreaser with H1-certification, particularly suitable for to remove oil, grease or wax form tools and components.

The fully synthetic grease contains special additives to prevent microbial growth within the grease. It is resistant to oxidation and can be applied at all processes requiring a high level of cleanliness and for which growth of pathogenic germs and microbial contamination is a risk.

Synthetic high performance gear oils based on polyglycols with NSF/H1 food grade approval for extended oil change intervals and higher wear protection even at high loads. These oils have a low coefficient of friction and show excellent temperature stability.

Fully synthetic special oil for cutting, milling and drilling of all metals. It does not drip, due to its excellent adhesion and can be applied even in vertical drilling positions and at high cutting speeds.

Lubcon lubricants with antimicrobial additives are H1 approved and offer additional safety by suppressing the growth of germs.

NSF H1 registered grease with excellent corrosion protection properties. It is adhesive, hot and cold-water resistant and is thus particularly suitable for the lubrication of guideways, gear drives or conveyor chains in the food, beverage and packaging in

Temperature resistant, high-performance lubricating and release agent with NSF H1 registration. It has a low coefficient of friction and shows good viscosity/temperature behaviour even under high chemical influences. It has good separating and sliding properties; is neutral towards metals, plastic and rubber and is thus particularly suitable in the tyre and rubber industry.

Multi-purpose oils that are neutral in odour and taste, suitable for the food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. These fluids provide excellent lubrication and friction reduction.

Synthetic universal oil with excellent wetting properties offering lasting protection against wear and corrosion. Special PTFE additives reduce fretting and optimise the lubricating properties. NSF H1 registered.
