Our patented material is highly suitable to produce foam moulds and RTM pressure injection moulds. Advantages: • Large volumes of more than 2500 kg can be cast in less than 45 min. • Good castability • Hardly measurable linear shrinkage • High temperature resistance • Demoulding process after approx. 90 min. (after adding the last backfilling compound) • Chemical adhesion to polyester or vinylester gelcoat • Immediately after the first mould half has cooled down, the second mould half can be prepared • Copper pipes keep the mould surface on a nearly constant temperature • Post-curing is not necessary ALWA MOULD D backfilling compounds are the fastest system on the market. For the surface you can chose between two gelcoats: 1) ALWA MOULD COAT This is a vinylester gelcoat that is especially suitable for high-end surfaces. It can be polished to high-gloss. 2) ALWA EPF 10 This is an epoxy gelcoat that is easy-to-use and is recommended for parts, where high-gloss surfaces are not needed

ALWA EPF 10 is a temperature-resistant, steel-filled gelcoat based on epoxy resin. It is used to produce temperature and abrasion resistant surfaces for vacuum, PU foam, thermionic moulds and heating plates, among others.

Using thermoforming as an alternative to metal, foam or injection moulding often makes economical sense, especially where mid-size production runs or complex components are involved.

Alfa Plus 3300 is a gum based fountain solution additive for use in all type of offset presses. it is formulated to give the ultimate performance in desensitisation, holding open fine screens and hairline reversals tike no other fount. PROPERTIES Can be used successfully with all types of inks and all types of metal plates. Contains powerful wetting agents which enable it to run with less water. Reduces IPA comsumption Contains agents which speed ink drying and reduce blanket tackiness. Start-ups, prints sharper half-tones and reversals, gives denser solids and reduces paper waste. lnclude Special agents that help to prevent metal corrosion, mould growth and foaming.. APPLICATION Recommended starting dosages: add 2•3 % to 1 litre of water The optimum dosage will vary with the type of press dampening system, water and work being printed and can only be arrived at after some experimentation and experience.

In our wide range of polyurethane foam mouldings you will find head rests, arm and hand rests, leg and foot rests as well as abduction wedges, toilet seats and pipe covers for almost all purposes. All our moulded parts are characterised by long durability and low weight and are also suitable for use in humid and hygienic environments. The majority of our PU mouldings are tested for biocompatibility according to ISO 10993-5 and -10 as well as for flame resistance according to EN 1021-1 and -2. In addition, we also offer the appropriate retaining systems for our moulded parts.
