IFA Technology considers your individual requirements and builds customised dosing systems for you. Volumetric dosing is carried out on a quantity basis by measuring the flow rate of liquids or bulk materials. Application-dependent measuring systems are used in our volumetric dosing systems. These make it possible to provide the specified quantity of material at a defined point in time in a defined ratio. The continuous inline dosing via flow measurement technology or dosing pumps with linear characteristic curve enables recipe-accurate dosing of liquids and bulk materials in a small space.

MULTI-ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL- AND MONITORING SYSTEM WITH NON-CONTACT FLOW MEASUREMENT. Due to the design, dimensioning and selection of the used components, enersave temperature control systems are the most efficient systems on the market with the highest flow rates at operating point. By using the frequency inverter, the already high basic efficiency is optimized and the pump characteristic curve will be optimally adapted to the respective operating conditions. The flow measurement of the individual temperature zones is carried out using noncontact measurement technology according to the ultrasonic principle.

The Total-Meter™ is a fully calibrated electronic flow meter with a built-in flow totalizing function. The Total-Meter™ utilizes field-proven differential pressure flow measurement technology to accurately monitor industrial liquids or gases. The actual flow rate is displayed locally on the 4 digit LED display and is also retransmitted with a scalable 4-20mA output for remote monitoring. In addition, the Total-Meter™ tracks total volumetric consumption up to 999,999,999,999 engineering units and will communicate using the ModbusRTU protocol over RS-485/232. The Total-Meter™ is designed to be piped directly into a gas or liquid pipeline and requires minimal space. Integrated programmable flow alarm output can be configured to trigger either high or low flow alarm situations based on actual flow rates.

The BATCHFLUX 3100 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) for rotary or linear filling machines. It is the economical solution for filling applications with conductive liquids.Due to its unique ceramic measuring tube, the mag meter features good repeatability and long-term stability. The flowmeter has an ultra-compact lightweight housing ideal for the tight spaces in volumetric filling machines. It can be used for filling of water or carbonised drinks. The EMF is suitable for common CIP cleaning procedures.

The flow tester CETATEST 915 is used for flow testing with compressed air. It includes a measuring system consisting of laminar flow element (LFE) and differential pressure sensor In the direct test method the air, provided by the internal pressure regulator, flows through the measuring section before it enters the test part.In the indirect method, the measuring section is located in the outlet flow of the test part. Due to the special design of the measuring section a laminar ow is generated. The resulting pressure difference is directly proportional to the volume flow. With the optional electronic pressure regulator and four calibrations for up to four test pressures the application range is substantially expanded. Special versions: The CETATEST 915-G is a fully automatic flowmeter for the detection of leaking parts. The emtechnik flow meter was developed especially for measuring air with different flow ranges. All sealing surfaces and threads are produced without seams. On request we are also able to offer flow meters customised to specific customer specifications with special measuring ranges and measurement acquisition (annular proximity switch or reed switch). To do this we need details regarding medium, pressure, temperature, measuring range, viscosity and density.

Our flow meters offers a wide range of rear and side connection options. Only special measuring tubes that have been manufactured and calibrated according to customer specification are used. Due to its design, the 4A flow meter for example is ideally suitable for panel mounting and wall mounting. A glass can easily be replaced while still installed.
