Flexography is a fast and simple imprinting process that provides an option to make imprinting on a vast range of materials. With the help of imprinting forms, the colour is applied onto the printable material. The printing technology ensures both full and bright colours, as well as an option of softer tones. After imprinting, the labels are put in rolls, the printed material is cut to the necessary size and labels are assembled according to the instructions given by the customer.

We produce packages out of multilayer laminates overprinted using flexographic technology, type PET/PE or PA/PE/PET. We apply high quality materials with relevant certificate for food contact. Depending on application, we can make the overprint in 8 colours. We offer complete preparation of overprint, consultancy, designs and matrixes. Tech Sleeve® Soft is designed to eliminate the need for compressible double sided mounting tape as the surface is up to 50% compressible without bulging. Soft sleeves allows thin 0.1mm non-compressible tape to be used instead of 0.5mm tape, which reduces the overall expenses on mounting tape. Moreover, the compressible surface of the soft sleeves does not lose its compressibility. Therefore, you may leave the plates on the soft sleeves, saving time in mounting department.
