Since the 1980’s, we have been a leading producer of superfine powders for Metal Injection Molding (MIM). Our expertise and advanced atomization technology enable us to produce very fine MIM powders down to 10µm. Products and Sizes Our MIM water atomization technology is compatible with most conventional high-performance stainless steels and alloys. Special size distributions are available as well as some standard sizes. Grades: 17-4PH®, 70/30 Fe/Cr, 430L, 316L, other 300 Stainless Steel series Sizes: Typically smaller than 20µm Austenitic Stainless Steels 316L used in MIM applications which require good corrosion resistance, strength and ductility. Also available 304L and 310L. Ferritic Stainless Steels 430L ferritic stainless steel combines good magnetic response and some corrosion resistance. Also available 409L, 410L, and 434L.

The powder coating process ensures efficient and long-lasting surface coverage and costs are considerably optimized. The Profinox team recommends the use of powder coating if you want the surface of your product to have a different look from the one obtained through stainless steel sandblasting or mechanical finishing. You can choose powder coating both for a normal stainless steel painting process, and for elements obtained by laser cutting. Skin Illusion Loose Powder is a very fine powder that adds a matte finish to your skin and fixes make-up. Thanks to its unique composition, the final result is very natural, just like a second skin. Skin Illusion Loose Powder can be applied on top of any foundation cream; it does not dry the skin and is suitable for all skin types. How do you use Loose Powder? Shake a little loose powder in the container provided. The little holes in the packaging of your container make it easy to do this in a controlled way. Dip a large (kabuki) brush into the loose powder. Do not push, but “dip” carefully so that only the top of the brush takes powder. Put the tip of your brush vertically on your work surface and tap gently. This will remove the excess powder from the brush and spread it deeper into the brush. Apply the loose powder to your face in circular movements. Start at the T-zone and work towards the hairline and onto the rest of the face.
