No matter where you look, laminating film is a must in countless areas of everyday life. From construction materials to surgical drapes and other specialised applications, our laminating film does a great job wherever it is used. It serves as reinforcement for bitumen sheeting, allowing it to be processed. It is used as a layer of insulation in surgical supplies, because laminating film makes them warm to the touch and also traps fluids. And of course they are also used to decorate boxes and product packaging – the list of uses could go on and on...

Laminated films with barrier are specially designed for use on high-speed horizontal or vertical flow-pack machines. Almost all of these films are delivered with AF treatment and can be printed flexo or roto sandwich type. They are used for packing several kinds of products: Emmental cheese, raw-dried meat products, coffee, pet food, bakery products, generally for bulk products or low humidity products. NON-BARRIER OR MEDIUM BARRIER FILMS They are used for the packaging of products which do not require special storage conditions, or which maintain their shelf life without the need for special properties of the packaging. They can be configured in a very wide range of structures depending on their application and the particularities of each packaged product and are used for fresh or frozen vegetables, bakery products, chips, raw-dried salamis, frozen fish, etc. They can be delivered with the AF option and can be customized by roto or flexo printing.

Barrier films are used for MAP packaging of perishable or long-shelf-life food products.

Spunbond nonwoven fabric and PE film laminate. This polypropylene material is covered with a thin polyethylene film which creates a layer resistant to synthetic blood. The laminate can be used for the production of medical gowns and protective overalls, but it is not a breathable material. Our fully automatic flowpack machines are suitable either for high-speed applications or airtight film packaging requirements as well as for paper packaging, depending on the version selected. The machines feature either rotating or box motion transversal sealing units, with selection of a longitudinal seam either above or below. Each machine can be combined with a wide range of feed systems, such as finger conveyor chains or infeed belts. With our ability to handle everything from PP or aluminium laminated films through to Tyvek® – anything is possible. Coated paper can also be used for flowpack production. Our flowpack machines are also available as hygienically designed versions.

PLA film can be laminated with paper tray and replace envelope window and other food packaging. This material is made through burial or compost and able to decompose into water and carbondioxide completely. It does not have any pollute and do not have any bad impact on the environment. Biodegradable Compostable is the new and high polymer material which is made by extract of plant (monomer material) processed with chemical synthesis; it contains non-toxic & non-irritating as its characteristics and can be buried for land. The material is made by the natural plant and can be efficient for reducing carbon emission & use of fossil fuel. It's the most promising high polymer.

Glass Fiber Adhesive Tape Monodirectional Fiber Adhesive Tape is composed of polypropylene film laminated with glass fibers and is intended for packaging heavy products. Applications of fiberglass tape include wrapping and binding heavier products, securing pallets, and closing and reinforcing shipping boxes. The adhesive tape has a good tension resistance and a reduced elongation capacity. Glass Fiber Adhesive Tape has an excellent adhesion and has a high tear and tensile strength.

Reinforced Adhesive Tape The cross-reinforced tape is intended for the packaging of heavy products. Composed of polypropylene film laminated with fiberglass, reinforced adhesive tape applications include: wrapping and binding heavy products, securing pallets and closing and strengthening shipping boxes. The adhesive tape has a good tension resistance and has a reduced elongation capacity. The glass fiber adhesive tape has a high tear and tensile strength.

Kraft paper for constructions Construction Kraft paper is used in the process of pouring concrete, trenches, as a separation blanket between the layers of gravel, screen, soil and the concrete to be poured. It can also be used to obtain a ceiling without porosity, even if you opt for standard formwork made of wooden planks. The kraft paper for construction is composed of 70 gr/m kraft paper laminated with 10 my polyethylene film. Due to the lamination with polyethylene, this paper stops the mixing between the concrete and the substrate on which the casting is made. Technical specifications: Width mm: 1350; Roll weight: 25 kg; Density g/m2: 80 (70 gr paper + 10 gr PE).

Foil With Big Aluminized Bubbles Aluminized Large Bubble Film obtained by applying a 24 my AL PET film on one surface of the bubble film and a 11 my transparent PET film applied on the opposite side. A product is obtained with excellent shock and vibration properties and to the same extent thermal radiation. The resulting product consists of: - Bubble wrap 150 my/m2, bubble diameter of 10 mm and bubble height of 3.2 mm; – Aluminum film 24 my = 7my AL + 17my LDPE (low density polyethylene); – PET film 11 my, transparent; – The thickness of the laminated film is 150 my. Use: Bubble foil laminated with aluminum is a good thermal insulator used in civil construction both as a reflective material and vapor barrier under the roof covering (where it reduces the temperature during the summer), as well as reflective panels to improve the heating efficiency of radiators.
