We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

Our modern turning machines with CNC controls of company “Mazak” can work details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. The maximum diameter of working detail is 380 mm, at maximum length 1000 mm. The machines are equipped with devices for the filing of rods. Our products are intended for the automotive industry, machine building industry, construction and other industries. The company have Milling machine with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis with CNC controls. Maximum size of details which we can work is 1200x600x600 mm and maximum weight – 1200 kg. In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process. The VA-L series aluminium saws define a whole new performance class with their design. Servo-driven axes and a harmonic drive gear guarantee high-performance and process-reliable operation from aluminium alloys to copper and brass alloys. Due to the technical features and the associated sawing performance, the sawing results meet requirements regarding the surface of Rz < 8 µm and cutting tolerances < 0.1 mm. In many cases, further processing of the surface is therefore no longer necessary. All components of the aluminum circular saws and their processes are designed with this in mind. On the one hand, this includes material processing in terms of chip flow and minimum rest piece length, but also machine components of the latest generation. The VA-L aluminium saws are equipped as standard with pneumatic short-stroke cylinders for material clamping and do not use any hydraulics.

Steel tape works in partnership with supamag® magnetic tape by providing a receptive surface to which flexible magnetic material such as supamag® magnetic tape can be applied. This approach is commonly used in industries that utilise imagery, signage or informative displays such as retail or warehousing to magnetically mount printed media. By using corresponding widths of steel tape and magnetic tape the receptive surface to which the magnetic tape is applied is discreetly hidden away behind the mounted media or signage. Once the steel tape has been aligned and mounted to a surface printed graphics or signage to which magnetic tape has been applied can quickly be installed with no effort.
