Exhaust gas bypass systems are made as additional equipment in exhaust gas heat exchangers. 3-way flap is required for bypass systems. By-passing the gas flow makes it possible to adjust temperature inside boiler (exhaust gas heat exchanger). Before delivery, we do a thorough test drive for every single damper, using actuator and special measurement equipment, to make sure that they function as expected and are ready to serve reliably on site. Preformed silicone heaters are useful for diamters as small as 12 mm and up to 100 mm. Rounded silicone heaters are not possible with self-adhesive foil. Spiral Wrap Pre-Formed Silicone Rubber Heaters are suitable for tubes and flexible pipes and hoses with Ø 6,35 mm (1/4"). Spiral formed flex heaters can be used up to Ø 12 mm (the length of the stretchable silicone spiral wrap heater is reduced accordingly). The thickness of our spiral-wrapped silicone strip heaters is 2,2 mm. Also our gas and pump line heaters, most frequently used in the semi-conductor process, are shaped and pre-formed according to the object geometry to be heated. The FDABURML coupling module is a combination of an air valve and a fire damper, coupled with a single housing. This is an alternative to typeical fire valves. The main advantages of the FDABURML are better fire rating and a smaller size with more product configurations and application options. The main component of the coupling module is the CFDM fire damper. The fire damper is available in Ø 100, 125, 160, and 200 mm. The wing blade of the damper provides a very low resistance to the air flow. The fire damper can be ordered with one or two optional limit switches to feed back the actual blade position. The FDABURML coupling modules match the most popular versions of air supply or exhaust valves which can be replaced with one another, even with the coupling module installed in a partition or already in use. The entire coupling module is compact. As a result, the air valves with the mounting frames cannot exceed 50 mm in height.

With a measuring range of 17 to 500 m³/h, the Minneapolis FlowBlaster has been especially designed for testing ventilation systems during residential and commercial construction. In combination with the measuring fan BlowerDoor MiniFan, it allows the precise measurement of the air flow at supply and exhaust air valves. Measuring the supply and exhaust air flow at the respective valves provides information as to whether the requirements have been implemented as designed. If the air flows measured at the valves deviate from the requirements, the ventilation system can be adjusted.
