We paint metal structures in accordance with ISO 12944-5:2018; we pre-prepare the surface in accordance with EN ISO 8501-1; P2 –EN ISO 8501-3:2007.

Walls that are peeling off must be scraped beforehand. Strip any old paint in poor condition and remove any old thick plastic covering.

The collection tanks are watertight, oven-painted with epoxy powders and the support surface is in hot-galvanized grating. Models equipped with highly smooth wheels can be easily moved inside the storage areas. The lateral safety bulkhead makes them suitable for storage. GESIPA® blind rivets are also available in colour to match the application. To guarantee the best possible durability the hollow rivets are painted using a two-component epoxy resin paint in a stow enamelling process. In addition to the visual benefi ts, the painted blind rivet also has added protection against corrosion. Aluminium blind rivets are best suited for this procedure. In the long-term they achieve the desired visual effect when joining coloured parts. GESIPA® blind rivets are available in the standard RAL colours. On request, steel blind rivets are also available in RAL colours or even special colours. Another method for colouring blind rivets and for protecting them against corrosion is to anodize them. The Eloxal method is more complex but is the most durable process for coloured blind rivets.

Epoxyline is a professional paint roller, completely resistant to all types of solvents. An excellent choice when using aggressive systems, impregnators, and industrial coatings. The roller gives particularly good results when used with one- and two-component epoxy and polyurethane systems. The fabric of this product is made of special type of polyamide, produced by continuous weaving, using the „Endless polyamide” technology. “Epoxy line” is available in two different lengths of the pile – 6mm and 12mm, depending on the type of the treated surfaces. The product is manufactured in various lengths and diameters of the sleeve.
