OPEN STRUCTURE The M40 rotary engraver is 8.26x12in engraving area benefits from an open structure that allows larger items to be engraved when needed. Create custom engraving on very long plastic signage plates, electrical labels, thin wood beams, golf clubs, swords, irregular-shape items, and simply use as a sign engraver. GIFT ENGRAVING WITH THE M40 GIFT The M40 Gift includes an automatic lubricant tank and a rotary device to personalize glasses and bottles. The rotary device can be tilted for conical items. Engrave and personalize any flat or cylindrical items up to 4.33in height. BEGINNERS ROTARY ENGRAVER Control and adjust your work with our dedicated Gravostyle™ or ABC engraving software, thanks to several options. The M40 comes with an auto-centering jig and a laser beam (Point & Shoot) to help you place the item to engrave, while the engraving software automatically picks up its position. The included Gravogrip™ table firmly holds the item without leftover residue on it.

SIGN ENGRAVING AND CUTTING MACHINE With a working area of 610x305mm exactly matching ¼ sheet size, the LS100EX is a signage engraving and laser cutter above the rest1. Be it plastic, wood, metal, or glass, any signage material can be engraved and cut. INDUSTRIAL LASER FOR SERIES PRODUCTION The large dimension combined with a gantry laser technology makes the LS100 EX the perfect CO2 laser machine for small production series. Load your items or parts to be engraved, and create your engraving job with the Gravostyle software. Several industrial functions are available, such as the Matrix mode or automatic date stamp. 2 LASER SOURCES AVAILABLE The LS100 EX is available with a CO2 laser source or a Fiber laser source, to match all of your applications.

Our clients customise products such as wine glasses, beer mugs, pens, mirrors and wooden appetiser planks with our laser engraving machine. The laser machine software can read different file formats, such as .ai and .dxf. You can therefore always continue to work with your favourite graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD. The laser head moves at high speed, and the beam rapidly switches on and off. This makes the machine a kind of printer that burns the design onto the material. The laser machine is controlled by software which supports vector files.
