The Aeroleaf ® is a patented micro wind turbine composed of a double blade with a vertical axis in a shape of a leaf and a synchronous microgenerator with permanent magnets. Driven in rotation by the blade, without belts or gears, the magnets pass in front of the coils and thus generate an alternating current. This is immediately rectified in direct current to be able to sum the currents. The Aeroleaf have an aerodynamic profile optimized to exploit the weakest winds (from 2.5 m/s of wind) as well as the strongest (up to 43 m/s continuously, 50 m/s in gusts).

The HRUSlimAIR heat recovery unit is designed for residential buildings. The HRU has a capacity of 250 m3/h @ 100 Pa, generated by energyefficient EC fans. Thanks to a counterflow heat exchanger made of a plastic (PET), it achieves up to 90% heat recovery An ERV version with an enthalpy exchanger that recovers moisture is also available. Builtin electric preheater protects heat exchanger against freezing, wireless radio communication connects controllers and sensors, and all of it is enclosed inside a selfsupporting, insulating EPP casing. HRUSlimAIR can be installed in up to 3 positions, thanks to a special condensate drain system.

The innovative recuperation module from CIC acts as an energy-saving valve and control module directly in the pneumatic circuit. Functionality : It is installed directly on the consumer - e.g. on the pneumatic cylinder or in the pneumatic control circuit. The recuperation valve with its integrated control electronics measures and regulates the air consumption and feeds used compressed air back into the working cycle for reuse. Waste water treatment plants and surface waters have enormous energy potential. A sewage treatment plant, for example with 90 million litres of wastewater daily, reducing the wastewater temperature by using heat exchanger by around 1°C, generates a power of about 4.3 MW. The comparative potential for energy recovery from the surface water is even higher. Environmental aspect Induced by humans, water temperatures of the surface and streams have steadily increased, not least owing to the inflows from sewage water treatment. This has serious consequences on the flora and fauna. If heat is extracted from purified water in the sewage treatment plant or from surface waters and from streams, and water temperature is thereby reduced, this will have a positive effect on the entire ecological system. Heat recovery with the help of heat exchangers In industry, waste heat occurs at many points in the production process, which is often released into the environment without being used. In many cases, energy is even used to cool the waste heat flows from production so that they can be released into the environment. Heat exchangers (also called heat exchangers) are used for heat recovery so that the waste heat generated in the production process can be used again in the company.
