The work pieces are held by means of 4 pneumatic vices on the mobile beam, that can be positioned on any angle between +125° and -125°. The rotation is directly managed by the control cycle. It offers a high programming functional capacity by using a three-dimensional graphics software. Electro-welded base designed to grant maximum rigidity and functional capacity of use. The axis slide on precision profile guides with ball recirculation and are driven by motors operated with digital systems. Our innovative measurement system allows for vibration measurements to be taken of whole-body vibration exposure according to ISO 2631. Its autonomous sensors that do not need to be wired during measurements and automated artefact detection provide for a user-friendly implementation and use (can be used by non-experts). Stored data is downloaded from the sensor(s) at the end of the working period to a smartphone or a PC using a Bluetooth connection. The software allows for the automatic computation and display of workers’ exposure to whole-body vibrations and indicates how such exposure compares with the limit and action values defined in the vibration Directive. The set of whole-body vibration meters (Vib@Work Seat, Vib@Work Floor & Vib@Work Detect) can measure the vibration exposure of either seated or standing operators. In addition, when used in conjunction, seat efficiency can also be measured (i.e. S.E.A.T. factors).

Since you always have the required clamping length on hand – without having to produce the end-stops yourself. The clamping length is set for the end-stop screws / blank screws via a threaded spindle. One half turn corresponds to 1 mm adjustment travel. The sets can be expanded individually with separately available end-stop and blank screws. The vario quick end-stop system can also be used stationary under specific conditions [table bore required]. As an alternative, we recommend our vario part system.

HASSPIPE produces a high quality range of PVC-U well casings and screens strictly in accordance with the Standard TS 11794 and ISO standarts, class I, II and III. The standard TS 11794 and ISO applies as well for raw materials and workmanship of pipes used in the manufacture of the casing and screen. There are three basic ranges - a standard range for shallow, medium well depth and a heavy duty, thick walled range for greater well depths. The casing and screens are made from 100% virgin unplasticized poly vinyl chloride compound and are coloured grey. They are supplied with a male pipe thread at the spigot end and a female pipe thread at the socket end. No re-worked material is used. The pipe is produced under ISO 9001:9002 Quality Management System. Screens can be supplied with either a plain or filtered surface.
