Lifting platform single pantograph with U or E profile (FPHU/FPHE 1000) for the insertion of the pallet. On request it is possible to make a modification to the platform transforming the profile from U to E in order to have a central support for the pallet. This variant guarantees the lifting of heavy pallets without risk of flexing. For correct operation of the platform the load must be distributed evenly regardless of the type of profile in use. INCLINABLE LIFTING PLATFORMS The tilting lifting platform BL series are specially designed to allow operators to fill or empty boxes and containers with maximum comfort, without having to perform repetitive movements harmful to health. The inclination is automatic and maximum lifting height reaches 45°, this greatly facilitates the removal of small parts at the bottom of containers. The lifting is by foot pump and the BL 15 to reach the maximum height takes only 20 pump strokes. The load floor is equipped with a robust containment drawer side.

The mechanical crank platform is used primarily as a work surface and where you have to make a few lifting because it is slower than the hydraulic models. For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

The BFK455 double-brake from INTORQ is a dual spring-applied brake with four friction surfaces and two electrically and mechanically separated brake circuits. The brake circuits can be individually controlled. Separate connecting lines can be used to control the brake circuits individually. The switching state of the two spring-applied brakes is monitored by two individual microswitches. The dual spring-applied brake is designed for one brake alone to provide the necessary braking torque. The second brake is used for redundancy, thus complying with the legal requirements for elevator standards.
