The AVI-MAG (or MULTI-MAG for Russia & CIS-countries) is a hot tap full profile electromagnetic insertion flow meter. Multiple electrodes placed across the entire sensor body at equal area, measure and report the average flow rate over the full diameter of the pipe. The specific design of the multi-electrode sensor compensates for variable flow profiles, including swirl and turbulent conditions and allows installation without calibration on site. The AVI-MAG can be installed without shutting down, emptying or cutting the pipe (hot tap installation). It does not require welding flanges and installation can be done in pressurized pipelines up to 16 bar. Cost of installation is largely reduced by eliminating the need for heavy equipment (cranes, etc.) or extensive manpower. The AVI-MAG is the most economical flow metering solution for medium and large pipe sensor sizes, reducing drastically installation costs.

The K-Dy, a semi-automatic filling machine crafted by CDA, caters specifically to drums and tanks. Adaptable to different pumping systems, the K-Net finds compatibility with products spanning diverse sectors: Food processing (honey, oil, mustard, fruit juice, etc.), Paints and varnishes, Cosmetics (cream, ointment, body oil, etc.), Chemical industry (detergent, solvent, household products, etc.). Utilizing either an electromagnetic or mass flow meter based on the product type, the K-Net achieves an optimal production rate suitable for small and medium-scale operations, reaching up to 600 vials/hour, contingent on the product and container specifications.

The OPTIFLUX 1000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 1050, OPTIFLUX 1100 and OPTIFLUX 1300 electromagnetic flowmeters for water and other conductive, non-abrasive media and OEM machinery applications.

Solution for partially filled pipes The TIDALFLUX 2000 flow sensor with integrated and non-contact capacitive level measuring system provides accurate flow measurement in partially filled pipes. TIDALFLUX is designed to measure reliably between 10% and 100% of the pipe cross section. The integrated level sensors in the liner are in no contact with the liquid and are therefore insensitive against fat and oil floating on the surface.
