Metalux manufactures control cabinets based on documentation provided by the customer (electrical and mechanical) or other technical arrangements, complying with the relevant requirements of PN-EN standards, including mining standards. Our control cabinets are used: •for power distribution and protection of electrical equipment against short-circuits, overvoltage and overload, •to control the operation of motors, pumps, fans, air conditioning, drives and other electrical appliances, •to control production processes in production and energy production / distribution companies, •to signal, control and monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, and technological processes in industry and power industry, •to implement control and monitoring functions in BMS and HVAC systems.

Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

The IPC9000 is an easy-to-install box PC for installation in control cabinets. The box PC series is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications. Installation of the IPC9000 is quick and easy. The device is installed by hanging it on the din rail in the control cabinet. Despite the fanless cooling concept, the use of powerful processors is possible. With the additional HDBaseT transmitter module, the IPC9000 can be installed in the control cabinet and connected to a monitor such as the OPD or MMD series up to 100 metres. For quick servicing, users can access the flash SSD or CMOS battery via the easily accessible service flap.

Electrical connections between motor, control cabinet air dryer and water pump. Specific electric motors : protection degrees, IP23 or IP55. Efficiency class : IE1, IE2, IE3. Different optional voltage and frequencies, standard is 400V/3/50HZ or 60HZ +/- 10%. Other voltage is on request : 380V/3/50Hz or 60Hz, 575V/ 60Hz… Soft starter SIEMENS SIKOSTART. Standard is Star Delta starter, the optional soft starter is integrated in the main electrical control cabinet. The compressor is equipped with an electrical pre-lubrication oil pump for the crankcase. Air-conditioning for electrical control cabinet for inside temperatures exceeding 40 for soft starter & 45°C for standard electrical cabinet. The frequency inverter electrical cabinet is protected against high temperature through a different selection of internal components (powerblock…).

Protection for hot temperatures Oil cooler – radiator for inside temperatures exceeding 40°C. This option comes along with the air-conditioning in the electrical control cabinet, the water cooled condenser for the HP Dryer. This 3-step control switch regulates EC fans, damper actuators, AC fan speed controllers or frequency inverters. It needs 10 VDC supply voltage. The device has an OFF position to stop the motor completely. Thus, the output signal is divided into 4 steps: 0 VDC and 3 other output voltages. The output for position 3 always equals the supplied voltage i.e. 10 VDC. The output ranges for positions 1 and 2 can be adjusted via internal trimmers. There is also a version with 2 predetermined voltage steps: SMT-D-4P-EM
