Electric duct heater Electrical duct heater type “LEH-R” are intended for the heating of gaseous media. The main applications are the heating of air in ventilation - / air conditioning or heat-recovery installations. Wide use areas are applications of the process - / environment-technology i.e. at the catalytic afterburning of exhaust fumes or drying ovens or in the plastic - / textile or paper industry. Through a variable construction concept, diverse use possibilities emerge. Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10 minutes, are used in the powder coating systems. Curing oven length is calculated according to the conveyor speed in order to achieve polymerization and curing of the work piece quantities per shift. The powder coating ovens are designed by us according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. These ovens are conveyorised, product inlet and outlets are opened designed accordint to the biggest work piece sizes. Oven can be designed as a tunnel, U, S or W-shaped according to the biggestt work piece and the work shop sizes. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating up the ovens.

Grease HT 300 is a grease based on bentone, suitable for use at very high temperatures with peaks up to 250°C. Due to the unique additive package, this grease is remarkably resistant to high pressure, which offers protection under heavy loads. Benefits For use on all machines (except fast-moving bearings) under high temperatures (with peaks up to 250°C), such as in drying furnaces and ovens, transport chain rollers, … Excellent adhesive properties. Not soluble in water.

In-line conveyor ovens: Pallets pass through the oven one after the other. Automatic batch ovens: The oven is charged with pallets while kept at a temperature below the gelation temperature. After the last pallet has been loaded, the temperature cycle is started for the whole lot. The oven is emptied in a rapid process after the complete temperature profile has been run through. Stack ovens: Pallets are loaded into the oven. When each row has been filled, all the rows of pallets are lifted up by one level. When one row of pallets has reached the uppermost position of a temperature range, it is pushed into the next temperature zone and from here is lowered down in fixed time cycles and unloaded. Serpentine conveyor ovens: Pallets are loaded into the oven in fixed time cycles and pass through the individual temperature zones.

Glass Fiber Rolls are produced from nonflammeable fibers and not suitable for washing and have progressive structure in direction to clean air side. They are used mostly by paint cabins as bottom fitler to hold paint mist and as prefilters mounted in different types of cassets. Dust holding efficiency vary from 82 to 97 %. In addition there are other class of Glass fiber rolls used by drying ovens and cabins with high temperature air circulation. They are classified according EN779 from G3 to F5

The electric oven with possibility of circulation is used in public eating facilities for baking cakes, roasting meet, drying, preserving, etc. The electric oven is made of food safe stainless steel. PCE-930 SC, PCE-920 SCP electric ovens with base and PCE-910 SCP electric ovens with base consist of single ovens located directly above each other in an amount that corresponds with the type given. The stainless steel oven cavity measures 600x740x360 mm. Measurements conform to the use of standard utensils (GN 2/1-65 roasting tray, GN 2/1-20 baking tray). The oven door is full. Each oven is specially fitted with main switch, working thermostat and control lights with two heating elements and one fan. The outer case is made of stainless steel.The bottom of equipment is enclosed with a cover plate.The heating element is uncovered. The oven is fitted with adjustable legs to accommodate uneven floors.
