The Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are precise and reliable devices for volumetric conveying of pourable substances. These devices consist of self-supporting welded constructions made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which ensures their robustness and durability. Bulk storage silos made of steel are the perfect solution to store the dry bulk material for a long time. The cylindrical shape and the conical bottom allow a complete discharge of the product. The flat bottom silo has a flat service which means it can gives a full support to the silo. This type of silo is used for both short-term and long-term storage of free flowing bulk materials. On the other hand hopper silos are used for the short or /medium term storage of free flowing materials. Compared to flat bottom silos, hopper silos have capacity shortcomings. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production.

The CMB series hammer mills manufactured by our company are intended to crush and uniform fractions of dry bulk materials with moisture contents of up to 15% and destined for further technological processes. There is option to grind raw materials with higher moisture content, but this parameter has a very significant impact on the device performance. Depending on needs and purpose, CMB series hammer mills cay operate with capacity from 2 t/h to 10 t/h. The raw material is crushed by the impact of the hammers on the raw material and the raw material against the walls of the crushing chamber. The regularity and size of the resulting fraction is determined by the diameter of the holes in the screen used. We recommend collecting the crushed material from under the mill with pneumatic transport, as this enables the use of a pneumatic separator to sift out stones and other impurities that may cause explosions. The use of pneumatic transport will also increase the performance of the mill.

M06-3 is a loss-in-weight controller for high precision continuous dosing application. It can be applied to the liquid/powder/granule/flake dry bulk materials, providing the function of accurate and stable feeding, reducing material waste, and improving the consistency of the complex material. M06-3 is mainly used in the chemical industry, plastics, rare earth smelting, and other industries.

Dry product vacuum loaders This unit can only be used to suck dry materials. A vacuum installation up to 9000m³/h with cyclone and fine filter protection is fitted to obtain this. A dry product vacuum loader is also available with a self lifting system (Hi Lift VAC) to unload the material in big bag, high containers or other recipients. An example is shown in the image below. The complete unit is mounted on a skid which can be lifted by a hook lift system on the truck (rigids only). All is driven by a stationary ICE or hydraulically from the truck engine. These units are used on bulk sites where large amounts of dry bulk materials are stowed (e.g. coals, sand, …). Sprinklers keep the surfaces wet so the generated dust is kept under control.
