Our Kjeldahl distillers work according to the internationally recognized Kjeldahl method, a reference procedure to analyze nitrogen and protein content in several fields of application. Besides performing protein nitrogen analysis according to Kjeldahl or volatile acidity, you can also determine alcohol, sorbic acid, SO2, phenols, cyanide, ammonia and nitric nitrogen content. Different models of our Kjeldahl distillers adapt to each laboratory requirements, from semiautomatic models to fully automatic, all options guaranteeing safety for the users with automatic distillation interruption on overtemperature or overpressure and fixing cooling water input if required. The fractioning (distillation) unit СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is a new stage in the development of craft distillation. The perfection of elements and a balanced design, the absence of unnecessary components and a great-looking – this is what the team of engineers headed by Igor Selivanenko worked for. The unit allows operating both in the “potstill” mode in order to obtain wash distillate and distillate product, and in the distillation mode in order to obtain high-quality alcohol. Adapt the equipment to your needs. Using standard connectors allows you to make configuration changes and easy upgrades to suit your needs.

Spiral prismatic nozzle (SPN) СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is used for filling distillation columns in the production of alcohol and alcoholic beverages, as well as for other processes of liquids fractionation. It represents several whorl of the spiral, turned relative to each other at a certain angle. The size of each element is 3 mm * 3 mm. SPN СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is manufactured of high quality copper wire (M1) with a diameter of 0.25 mm.

High Purity Turbo Yeast is an active dried alcohol yeast combined with a complete nutrient complex, designed to produce super clean spirit alcohol from fermentation up to 15% ABV. This is a specialist, low congener yeast strain which confers minimal fusel oils or other flavour-causing fermentation by-products. This Turbo Yeast can be used to ferment any fermentable sugar-based feedstock, but works best when using refined sugar substrates such as sucrose, glucose or enzymatically-converted grain. High Purity Turbo Yeast is recommend for use when producing alcohol for making clean-tasting spirits such as vodka and gin, particularly when high-tech distillation equipment is not being used.

The iFischer® DIST D5236 CC / FISCHER® AUTODEST® 860 AC can be converted to the “HV” version by adding an extended Potstillcolumn to the standard ASTMsystem (Potstill). The respective distillation process is performed in the range of 0.005...0.1 mm Hg. The iFischer® DIST D5236 HV 6 ltr / FISCHER® AUTODEST® 860 HV 6 ltr is a fully computer controlled unit of turnkey design, and ready for use after installation and commissioning. The system is fully housed and equipped with doors in the front and rear to satisfy safety requirements and to facilitate service aspects. The automatic fraction collector with 12 receivers includes a builtin internal balance, which is used for the simultaneous determination of the fraction weight and for the direct distillation rate control. The vacuum equipment and the control system are designed for highest accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of data. The system is also available with a capacity of up to 50 ltr.

The system is a fully computer controlled unit of turn key design, and ready for use after installation and commissioning. It is fully housed and equipped with doors in the front and rear to satisfy safety requirements and to facilitate service aspects. The automatic fraction collector with 20 receivers includes a builtin internal balance for the determination of the fraction weight, while the separate volume follower system is used for discharging the fractions into the final receivers and the determination of the fraction volume as well as for the direct distillation rate control. SPN СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is made of high-quality stainless steel food grade wire, and then undergoes a unique treatment to ensure an extended surface and good wetting ability, which compares it favorably with the products of competitors. SPN performance capability is achieved by a two-stage surface treatment, including not only acid etching, but also calcinating at high temperature.
