Silicon nitride grinding discs, impeller blades are widely used in the field of powder grinding and are used as chassis. Because silicon nitride ceramics are very hard, second only to diamonds and other materials, there is almost no loss during thegrinding process, and the impurities brought into the product are also minimal. Although silicon nitride is a ceramic product, it has a good crystal structure, and the silicon nitride spherical product can well retain the crystal structure, so that the stress can be dispersed and the various metal ores can be broken. Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Characteristics: 1 Good thermal shock resistance 2 Creep resistance 3 Low density 4 High fracture toughness 5 High hardness and wear resistance 6 Electrical resistivity

During pendulum grinding, the Tyrolit grinding wheel moves over the workpiece at a high feed rate. The cast material is processed during the stroke movements, both in synchronised and counter-rotation. Tyrolit pendulum discs are suitable for almost all pendulum grinding machines and deliver the best results, for example when grinding and fettling heavy cast workpieces or metal blocks. The high-quality Tyrolit grinding discs for pendulum grinding are the result of decades of expertise in the development of grinding tools. They significantly increase the efficiency of manual machining of cast workpieces. Zirconium aluminium oxide is frequently used in the abrasive mixtures, which enables shorter grinding times, higher stock removal rates and longer tool life. Advantages of Tyrolit grinding discs: . Less effort required due to high cutting ability . Customised product . Maximum safety for manual sanding work

The balancing process includes a measurement of the workpiece unbalance and mass correction. Both operations are controlled by the measurement processing module with ROTORTEST 9.5 software. Static balancing is the process of addressing the unbalance of a component in a single plane only, as opposed to dynamic balancing. Static balance is at play when the center of gravity of a unit is on the axis of rotation. This machine balances a wide variety of rotors including grinding wheels disc brakes refinery plates fans composite material propellers clutches pulleys tires wheels CIMAT Static Balancers Low operating and maintenance cost Low maintenance Simply set it up, no groundwork is needed Nonrotation, simple and precise balancing No safety device required Short measuring times Efficient measuring unit operation by Touch Screen If you would like to know more about static balancing, please get in touch with our team today by calling

The Neutrix is a small, light-weight and portable electrode grinding machine which is able to centrically grind in longitudinal direction, providing reproducible quality cuts of tungsten electrodes. Electrode diameters from Ø1-4mm can be reground. Only 0.3mm is removed from the grinding electrode during each grinding process. A stand can be mounted for use in the workshop. The point angle can be set gradually from 15-180°. The grinding dust is collected in an integrated filter cassette. The speed can be regulated for an optimal grinding speed. A special collet can be used to grind tungsten electrodes with a length of up to 15mm. The diamond grinding disc can be used three times through an eccentric disc. The grinding process can be observed through a window. The grinding pressure should be used to prevent the electrodes from glowing and thereby avoid early wear to the diamond disc.
