The AE06L is a 1/16 DIN controller designed as an as a over temperature limit protection. The universal input can be easily configured for most thermocouple and signal types, while the 3 alarm outputs can each be setup with different set-points providing multiple limit alarm logic capability to meet most application requirements.

We produce our customers orders with a 60-meterlong automatic conveyor line and 8x3x2.5 meters electrostatic powder coating box. ATOM KARINCA completely fulfills all the necessary processes and offer perfect surface quality. We perform electrostatic powder coating according to RAL color codes and surface types. Our heat box unit temperature is between 180-200 Celsius So, painted surface that becomes an integral part of the metal part. After final inspections, the materials are checked in the quality control unit, packaged (DIN standard), and then shipped to the customer.

The IPC9000 is an easy-to-install box PC for installation in control cabinets. The box PC series is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications. Installation of the IPC9000 is quick and easy. The device is installed by hanging it on the din rail in the control cabinet. Despite the fanless cooling concept, the use of powerful processors is possible. With the additional HDBaseT transmitter module, the IPC9000 can be installed in the control cabinet and connected to a monitor such as the OPD or MMD series up to 100 metres. For quick servicing, users can access the flash SSD or CMOS battery via the easily accessible service flap.

The Series B4 is a 1/8 DIN digital differential pressure controller for positive, negative, and differential pressure as well as velocity and flow. The patented Series B4 Differential Pressure Cotnroller includes (2) 8A SPDT relays, and an optional digitally scaleable 4-20 mA and 0-5 V output. The programmable control allows full configuration of variables such as setpoints, dead band, engineering units, flow coefficients, and more. The programming is done from a user friendly menu on the OLED display. The OLED also displays the exact setpoints or other user defined variables during normal operation. Furthermore, the menu structure can be customized by moving variables to different menu levels to accommodate user preferences. The Series B4 is easily mounted in a 1/8 DIN cut-out with a panel depth of only 2.1 inches (53 mm).

The Protherm 455 is a ½ DIN powerful controller designed to monitor, control and record a variety of heat treating processes. Used in new furnaces as well as for refurbishing or updating existing systems, it is ideal for nitriding, nitrocarburizing, carburizing, carbonitriding, hardening, tempering and vacuum furnaces. Programmable stepper motor controller SMSD‑4.2RS is a modified and updated version of previous old models SMSD‑4.2RS-232 and SMSD‑4.2RS‑485. SMSD‑4.2RS provides both communication interfaces RS‑232 and RS‑485. Update frame is designed to be mounted on a standard DIN rail. Programmable controller SMSD‑4.2RS is intended for control of step motors with phase current up 4.2 A. The controller allows to control (adjust) direction, speed and acceleration of motor, can be programmed and operate as a standalone unit or can be controlled by an external device (PC, PLC).
