EL CLOSE is an intermittent or continuous closer for cases with flaps. This solution is able to accommodate carton design variability. Its speed can reach 60 cases/minute. EL CLOSE is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL FORM is a modular case or tray former. The pneumatic version is able to reach up to 30 trays per minute, the digital version up to 65 trays per minute. The standard model is suitable for small capacity lines and may be adapted by adding options to achieve higher output rates. This machine is designed with interfaces for connecting a collaborative feeding system (Cobot, shuttle, etc). EL FORM carton reloading is horizontally designed to prevent musculoskeletal disorder. EL STEP combines the operations of cardboard overpacking and packaging in a single machine block. This equipment can handle different formats of cups as well as bottles. This solution has a number of advantages. It combines compactness, flexibility, performance and ergonomics. The equipment’s four stations (destacking, transfer, folding-gluing and packaging) take up very little space (3x6 m). The machine’s modular architecture and the choice of sequential multi-row operation allows adaptation to the machine’s rates — from 30 to 200 overpackings per minute. Format change takes very little time and can be done by an operator at human height. EL STEP is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL PAL is a secure robotic cell for palletizing open trays, closed trays, plastic crates, bundles, etc. This robot is integrated with existing equipment to increase efficiency by having an optimized pallet. The pallet settings are indexed according to your cases. The interlayer pick-up function is incorporated within the gripper. EL PAL is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL LOAD is an automated packing station for bulk products or packs. The products (cups, bottles and packs) can be: - Grouped, referenced and picked up when stationary - Synchronized / timed and picked-up in continuous movement (following the conveyor) Open boxes or boxes with flaps can be: - Loaded when stopped after referencing - Loaded in continuous movement (following the conveyor) EL LOAD is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL WRAP is a continuous overwrapper for single cups or packs. This robot can be adapted to suit the desired packs: wrap-around cartons, economy or “drop-through” cartons and can be adapted to any pack size (1x2, 1x4, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4…). The format can be change quickly without the need for special tools. The machine speed can reach 360 packs/minute. EL WRAP is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

High-resolution encoder MSA213C for drive technology The requirements for sensors used for position detection in automation and drive technology increase with the complexity and performance of the associated machines and systems. A new MSA213C high-resolution absolute sensor from SIKO is a perfect solution. It not only supplies the absolute position at any time without referencing and without requiring a backup battery, but thanks to its small design and many different interfaces, it can also be integrated into the system and control environment with very little effort.

The IF2035 interface modules are designed for easy connection of Micro-Epsilon sensors to Industrial Ethernet controllers, e.g., plant control systems. The PROFINET and EthernetIP modules are compatible with sensors that output data via an RS422 or RS485 interface. These modules operate on the sensor side with up to 4 MBaud and have two network connections for different network topologies. Installation in switching cabinets is via a DIN rail.

The IF2008/PCI interface card is designed for installation in PCs and enables the synchronous capture of digital sensor signals and encoders. The IF2008/PCIE interface card is developed for installation in PCs with PCI Express slots. Absolutely synchronous data acquisition plays an important role particularly for planarity or thickness measurement tasks. The interface card enables the synchronous capture of four digital sensor signals and two encoders. The data are stored in a FIFO memory in order to enable resource-saving processing in the PC in blocks.
