SEPA Deltaline open cell ceiling systems; is an open ceiling system that consists of triangular (delta) type panels which has 4mm base and 20/30mm height. The distance of the cells can be changed in order to give the architects and customer limitless space for design. Panels are installed with special carrier systems with swing down system which offers a trackless system in which you cannot spot the carrier. Sepa Open cell systems can be produced perforated with acoustic flee to fulfill various acoustic needs. Sepa T4 open cell ceiling systems looks like a baffle system but with easier access to the ceiling. The panels can be manufactured as single panels demounted which would be economical for transport.

Flexible, configurable and price-practical, these Servo Motors have been eagerly awaited by applications all over the world. The Delta Line Servo Motor Family is available in 6 Frame sizes from 38 mm square up to 130 mm square with rated torque ranges from 0.16 Nm to 14.3 Nm. Each of the six frame sizes is available in a low voltage (optimized for 48 VDC) and medium voltage (optimized for 220 VAC) version. Brake and encoder options can be selected. Delta Line extends their famous design flexibly to their new Servo Motor Line where they can engineer custom windings, face mounts and custom keyways.

Delta Line has already significant experience in designing motion solutions driven by Frameless BLDC motors and is now expanding its portfolio with the addition of the smallest member of the family the new 38BLF07 with only 38mm outer diameter. This model will complement our range which now includes sizes 38, 50, 70, 85 and 115mm, offering a wide array of options to cover various application needs. The 38BLF07 motor has a length of just 14mm with a rated torque of 0.1Nm at rated speed of 8000 rpm and can produce a peak torque of 0.3Nm.

The Delta Line Phoenix Drive product family is the next generation of highly integrated motor control solutions. By processing all real-time critical functions within the drive, the Phoenix Drive minimizes communication traffic, reduces controller dimensions and decreases the overall system cost. It also provides axis synchronization, making the Phoenix Drive a cost-effective integrated motion controller. The Phoenix Drive uses EtherCAT high speed communication protocol and is available in two configurations: B100 and B500. Both configurations include system protections such as over current, over and under voltage, overheating, phase-to-phase shorts and ground shorts. These drives control BLDC motors with both 5V encoders and hall effect sensors. The B500 Controller includes brake output of 1.3A and STO (Safe Torque Off).

Specifically designed to control Stepper Motors up to 48VDC in the lower power and compact size segment, the new Hercules SOD203 addresses the need for a versatile and efficient motor controller with a very attractive price point. Planetary gearboxes have the advantage of being compact with high efficiency, low backlash and provide a high torque-to-weight ratio, especially when compared to other types of gearboxes. The Delta Line portfolio of high-performance planetary gearboxes are robust; they are designed to sustain intermittent or sudden load changes and are ideally suited for precise positioning applications. The addition of the 3-stage option to the GP42-S and GP56-T gearboxes provides versatility that allows engineers to take control of design tradeoffs. The GP42-S gearbox is 42mm in diameter and the high-load GP56-T gearbox has a diameter of 56mm. The length of the gearbox is 70.6 mm and 86 mm, respectively.
