We select and separate the frozen pork front from the frozen pork hind feet. They are perfectly cleaned, without hairs, bruises and broken bones. The tendon is always intact. Pork Feet are packed in 10kgs fixed weight carton boxes. The average length of a front foot – 17-18 cm. The average weight of one foot – 390-430 g. Our frozen pork is well treated, inspected by SGS before shipping and comes with Valid Health Certificates. Packaging in 10kg or 20kg carton boxes, loading 26-27 MT per container.

We also own a reprocessing plant located within Rawson Port, where we reprocess and freeze the catching of our coastal ships, which work close to the shore. IQF Red Pepper, made from whole, fresh, and healthy vegetables, is uniform in size and free from impurities. Peppers of the Elephant’s Ear variety undergo the following production process: washing, cleaning, removal of seed lodges and stalks, and then they are cut into cubes. The product undergoes optical sorting and metal detection to ensure uniform quality and the removal of foreign substances. Product packaging options include a 10 kg cardboard box with a blue PE bag or a 20 kg PE bag. Finished products are stored at -20℃ until delivery.

Standard weights are: 35 gr (mini croissant, empty), 80 gr (normal, empty), 95 gr (filled). Other formats are available according to the client needs.
