The HZ series lifting platforms are lifting equipment to be installed in a fixed position and are operated by an electrohydraulic control unit. Manufactured according to the anti-accident guidelines, they consist of two lower and upper planks and a pantograph system operated by a hydraulic cylinder. Frame: Telescopic on two sides made with horizontal tubular steel profiles 40x30mm thickness 20/10 located in the upper and lower parts, anchored to the wall using L-shaped telescopic brackets. Door: made with 40x30mm galvanized steel profiles, 20/10 thickness, assembled by welding. Horizontal tubular crosspiece 30x20mm, filler chosen from our models. Pivot hinges: Composed of a die-cast insert structure within which the cut-resistant solid steel rotation pin with a diameter of 16 mm is controlled. Lock: Mortice lock applied on each door. The lock controls 2 locking tips in solid anti-cut steel, 1 upper and 1 lower. The tips are made of full galvanized steel with a diameter of 16mm and have a stroke of 30mm. Standard anti-drill European safety cylinder is equipped with construction site key + 3 master keys + duplication card. The pressure transmitter illustrated here measures differences in pressure between the two connections of the measuring element. Pressure differences can be measured with respect to a reference pressure, such as atmosphere, or to the command variable of a regulation system. Equally, however, it is possible to measure pressure differences within systems that have a high static pressure. One practical example of this would be measuring a flow rate by determining the pressure drop occurring across a metering diaphragm. The differential pressure transmitter measures in both directions and can therefore, for instance, be used on double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Its construction permits it to be used with liquid or gaseous media. Venting holes simplify installation. The robust design and the use of stainless steel make it possible to use the pressure transmitter under tough operating conditions.

The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1019 series are lightweight cylinders where weight is of crucial importance. They were designed for the areas of mobile hydraulics, crane and aerial work platform construction. All cylinders work with low friction and are characterized by a stick-slip-free run. Lift and piston rod overhang are variable selectable. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. Connections are provided on the valve plate or a control block, which are flanged to the cylinder via welded pipes, in accordance with DIN EN 280. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The cylinder connection is very variable due to various mounting holes on the housing and piston rod. Connections with connection holes are available for pipe connections to BSPP ISO 1179-2.
