Our 1 – 2 point lift Big Bags (FIBCs, Jumbo Bags), often containing a liner to keep hygroscopic products such as these dry, are the perfect, easy-to-handle solution for your product! The Big Bags are used mainly for relatively low packaging weights of 500 – 1500 kg and in situations where filling speed is crucial. The bags are filled and transported on one or two loops, making it easier for you to transport more big bags at once. This flexible packaging solution can be tailor-made to speed up your processes.

STURDY BIG BAG HOLDER Big Bag lifting beam with 2000 kg capacity suitable for lifting and handling the classic Big Bags 90x90x120 cm. The grip of the big bag is very safe and takes place by hooking it on the 4 corners. The lifting beam can be installed on the forks of a lift truck by placing it in the appropriate seats or it can be used with a crane or bridge crane.

The material flows towards the middle and is continuously sucked. The ECO series is the basic model of the OKTOMAT® emptying stations and is ideally suited for the majority of applications dealing with free-flowing to poorly flowable materials. The Big-Bag packing machine SWEDA DWS-301-1000-1-P is intended for batching bulk materials into super sacks (“Big-Bag”). The Big-Bag filling machine can be used for batching cereals, sugar, compound feed, mineral fertilizers, granules and other bulk materials. The FIBC fiiling machine SWEDA DWS-301-1000-1-P is structurally different from the FIBC packing machine SWEDA DWS-301-1000-1 by the presence of additional units: a weighing belt conveyor (instead of a weighing platform), a storage belt conveyor and an overhead feed hopper.
