The GEDA 2 PK is a rack and pinion hoist with aluminium ladder segments. Its flexible system allows for the hoist to be installed to any kind of crane up to a standard height of 150 m (higher heights on request). From the crane cabin, the crane operator controls the entire lifting operation of the motorized horizontal coil tong. A three-phase gear motor and a mechanical transmission power the tong. Fit-Up systems shortens the big diametric and heavy pieces’ montage period in cylindrical piece fabrication and reduces the need of crane and operator. Fit-Up systems basically consist of 2 main rotator teams. With the fixed rotator system, pieces’ heights towards each other are adjusted while rotator amount increases according to piece tonnage. Other rotator systems are mobile and as it appends to the piece it moves forward and basically make the movement of the piece’s rotating movement. With the help of column-bom which is the source of montaged pieces on Fit-up systems, it can be finished quickly while saving man-hour. In Fit-up system basically; besides the fixed rotator set that adjusts montage and heights it contains 2 motorized and 1 wanderer rotator systems.

Impregnation systems to close micropores in metal castings as well as in copper, aluminium or magnesium alloy castings. The parts to be impregnated are fixed in baskets. The latter are transported by a special crane system as well as with reservoir roller conveyors. Excess material is removed by centrifuging of the baskets. The impregnating agent remaining in the pores in fluid form is hardened by heating in a hot water bath. The process sequence runs fully automatically under a microprocessor control.
