The devives used by us in every switchgear is feature durability and compactness. These are exclusively products of market-leading manufacturers such as SIEMENS, SCHNEDIER, Rittal or EATON. Besides, depending on their location, we install heating or cooling systems in each cabinet. We offer our clients a comprehensive service, starting from the design and construction of a control cabinet through its installation and commissioning.

The IPC9000 is an easy-to-install box PC for installation in control cabinets. The box PC series is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications. Installation of the IPC9000 is quick and easy. The device is installed by hanging it on the din rail in the control cabinet. Despite the fanless cooling concept, the use of powerful processors is possible. With the additional HDBaseT transmitter module, the IPC9000 can be installed in the control cabinet and connected to a monitor such as the OPD or MMD series up to 100 metres. For quick servicing, users can access the flash SSD or CMOS battery via the easily accessible service flap.

For factory automation we offer compact fieldbus I/O-modules for PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, INTERBUS, AS-interface®, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. The IP67-modules for use in harsh environments have glass-fiber reinforced plastic housings and metal-connectors, are fully potted, vibration and shock-proof. The IP20-modules for DIN rails can not only be installed in control cabinets, they can also be used to integrate small, decentralized control boxes with a few I/O-signals to a fieldbus network.

The TBEN-PLC is a robust and compact IP67 control for cabinet-free automation concepts. With the modern CODESYS 3 programming environment object-oriented programming in the following IEC 61131 languages is possible:​​Instruction List, Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Sequential Function Chart and Structured Text. In addition to the 8 universal digital I/O channels the PLC supports various Ethernet and fieldbus protocols as master and slave. Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

All connections are welded while avoiding the inclusion of oxygen, and the weld seams are made invisible through careful polishing. The workpieces are machined free of tension and distortion with uniform wall thicknesses. In the surface finish, structures of any type and surface roughness up to an area of ​​1000 x 2000 mm are possible.
