CSN® copper and nickel are temperatureresistant connecting cables for internal wiring of electric household appliances such as hotplates, glass ceramic plates, grill appliances or storage heaters. In industrial applications CSN® Cables are preferably used for the wiring of heating elements, heating cartridges, tubular heaters, panel heaters, and quartz radiators. We manufacture these singlecore cables in cross sections up to 6 mm². Owing to their high temperature resistance up to 250 °C in the case of glass silk insulation and 600 °C in the case of mineral fibre insulation, these connecting cables meet the most demanding requirements.

The semi-finished products manufactured by Embro GmbH are optionally available with an electrical connection. In addition to the many possibilities of placing different elements on carrier materials with special embroidery processes, Embro offers splicing or soldering techniques for perfect and cost-effective connections. The parts are crimped or soldered together as standard. The introduction of thermal switches, NTC or other cable solutions is also no problem. Special connector solutions can also be implemented. Aluminium. Note: The lifting column is an electrically driven system with fully integrated technology, which is maintenance-free and operated according to the plug & work principle. With a maximum speed of 8 mm/s, up to two lifting columns can be driven synchronously between 355 mm and 500 mm using the control (85300-10-90). Optionally, two controls can be connected together with a connection cable (85300-10-91X1000) so that four lifting columns can be driven synchronously. These lifting columns are suitable for thrust and traction loads. At least one control (85300-10-90) and one hand switch (85300-15-1) are required for commissioning the lifting columns.
