We can work with almost any concrete formulation you request. In addition to the formulations based on the DIN/EN standard, we produce customized formulations for you. Our own mold construction department helps us to be flexible in producing sizes and formats according to your specifications. Upon your request, concrete test specimens can be subjected to customized aftertreatment by grinding, saw-cutting or sandblasting.

PAVELITH® InterLay NP-1 is used as scratch and layer protection applied on-site with good hydrolysis resistance and low water absorption. PAVELITH® InterLay NP-1 is a mix of biodegradable polymers and natural minerals. The granulate should be applied right before packaging (horizontal laying) between the blocks or slab layers.

We designed a solution for the complete lifting process of the precast concrete sections of a grandstand. From production to construction. The solution consists of two different vacuum lifters. One for the production area to demould, lift and turn. And another which is used at the stadium construction area. Why lifting by vacuum instead of hooks? By origin, all handling during both production and construction was done by hooks. The hooks were installed during production and removed after construction. By vacuum lifting no hooks are required, saving manpower, time, and investment. Moreover, no damage comes to the concrete element and stays smooth and untouched.

Accelerate the hardening process of your concrete product Would you like to increase your productivity? Use a low-pressure steam generator! Under normal conditions the final hardening level is reached after 28 days. By the aid of a low-pressure steam generator we accelerate the hardening process without quality loss of the concrete. The concrete product is already hardened enough to be demoulded after 12 hours. It is no rocket science to see that this machine can increase your production output tremendously! The low-pressure steam generator is used for heating, curing, hardening, defrosting, cleaning and disinfecting.

Cone crushers are designed to crush hard and a corrosive brook and quarry materials such as granite, basalt, and andesite. It is used as a secondary and tertiary crusher. The maximum input size is 135-215 mm. The principle of operation of cone crushers is to crush the materials with the effect of compression, cutting and bending. It offers low dust and wear-out rates as they crush the material through compression. Thanks to the long-lasting wearing parts, the crushing process lasts longer. By virtue of its advanced crusher chamber design, it provides high productivity with less wear on parts. The adjustable crusher chamber makes it possible to receive material of the desired size. The fiberglass mesh (GFRP) is made of fiberglass and epoxy resin. Fiberglass mesh is bars — bonded with each other, which forms a very solid to all kinds of mechanical and chemical influences bars. For the production of our products, we use only fiberglass direct roving (E-glass type) and epoxy resin. We produce GFRP mesh d 2-4mm in rolls of 50m2 or 100m2 (1m or 2m high) or in sheets (sizes are discussed individually). Fiberglass reinforcement (GFRP) is made of linear strands of glass fibers, which are collected in the beam reinforced with periodic profile, impregnated with a thermosetting resin binder, then exposed to heat (polymerization) and cooled. It turns a solid rod of high strength three times the strength of steel by tensile test results, and less weight 9 times with equal diameters. Our GFPR rebar is made of epoxy resin and glass fiber direct roving (E-glass). We produce it in coils of 50m, 100m, 150m and 200m or in rods (from 0,5m and up to 12m).
