The task of storing liquids hazardous to water or to their processing must be handled responsibly. In the building of the corresponding process containers, storage tanks, stainless steel containers, different factors must be taken into consideration. They are designed according to regulations, such as PED (AD-2000, SVTI, EN13445) or according to special standards, such as the Basel chemical standard BN76 and manufactured in stainless steel. Process containers and storage tanks have half-pipe coils, jackets or laser-welded structures (pillow plates) for heating and cooling purposes. Filtering plant FTC-AS 6.Bd is designed for the complete set of machines for thermal metal cutting. Productivity – 6 000 m³/h. It is installed using modular panels, which provides a modular structure of the installation. The installation is made of 2 mm thick steel with subsequent powder coating. The fan unit is located in a noise-absorbing housing. Contaminated air containing waste particles obtained during production is transported to the filtering plant and the heavier particles in the settling chamber fall into the dust collection compartment of the unit, while the air containing small light particles is filtered in cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane . The installation performs fine filtering. Cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane provide fine filtration of air with a size of solid particles from 0.3 microns, the degree of air purification is 100%, which makes it possible to return purified air to the workshop.

A complete centralised cooling plant, including the required peripherals, can be set up in the absolute shortest possible time at the subsequent place of installation and is immediately ready for use by means of prefabrication and installation in a container.
