Hugo Beck can claim a decade-long development tradition when it comes to automation. Furthermore, various robots systems are used across many industries for the automated feeding of products, helping to for example grip, position, stack, group, stage products. From a parallel robot (also known as a spider robot) all the way through to a SCARA robot – anything is flexibly possible and delivered fully integrated according to each customer‘s needs. The Universal Robots UR3e is an ultra-lightweight, compact collaborative industrial robot, ideal for table-top applications. Its small footprint makes it ideal to be built directly inside machinery or in other tight workspaces. This cobot weighs only 24.3 lbs (11 kg), but has a payload of 6.6 lbs (3 kg). Its ±360-degree rotation on all wrist joints, and infinite rotation on the end joint, makes it well-suited for light assembly and screwdriving applications.

The Universal Robots UR16e delivers an impressive 16kg (35.3 lbs.) of payload within a small footprint, and is ideal for use in heavy machine tending, material handling, packaging, and screw and nut driving applications. This powerhouse robot allows for heavier end of arm tooling and multi-part handling, and is especially useful for achieving shorter cycle times. The UR16e collaborative industrial robot is easy to program, offers fast set-up, is collaborative and safe, and like our other collaborative robots, offers one of the fastest payback times in the industry.

The Universal Robots UR10e is an extremely versatile collaborative industrial robot arm with its high payload (10kg) and long reach capability. Its 1300mm reach spans wide workspaces without compromising precision or payload performance. UR10e addresses a wide range of applications in machine tending, palletizing, and packaging. The UR10e collaborative industrial robot is easy to program, offers fast set-up, is collaborative and safe, and like our other collaborative robots, offers one of the fastest payback times in the industry.

The compact ” Ready to weld” cobot package is delivered completely ready for operation which ensures a problem-free integration into existing production processes. Exact, intuitive and safe A torque sensor in each axis allows the Cobotto be programmed and moved precisely. The intuitive operation significantly increases work efficiency. RB-VOGUI is a general purpose mobile platform designed to target logistics tasks. The robot has a relevant mobility and is able to follow a human operator autonomously and to navigate autonomously indoor and outdoor. In this sense, RB-VOGUI is suitable for logistics tasks in warehouses or pick & transport & place applications. The robot traction uses steerable motorwheels, thus allowing different kinematic configurations: single/dual Ackermann or omnidrive crawling. The control architecture is open-source and modular, based on ROS.

CALIPRI C12 is a gap and flush measurement system that can be fully integrated into the line and is used for full checks of automobile bodies. The system can be used with standard industrial robots as well as HRC lightweight robots. By using CALIPRI C12 in your production line, you are relying on highly-precise measurement results without any mathematical approximation methods as well as globally unique automatic rotation and tilt correction. The patented CALIPRI measurement method is used here – a further development of the laser light section technology. The results from the automated measuring system can be compared with the data from the mobile gap measurement devices (CALIPRI C10/C14, CALIPRI C11/C15) due to cross-platform evaluation methods in order to detect deviations in the process and to derive appropriate measures from this.
