The Irus connection systems are especially suitable for connecting glass panels. The glass panel connectors are equipped with plastic screws so that the glass cannot be damaged. The glass panel does not require drilling as the clamping screws can be tightened and thus fix the glass panel. The glass panel connectors can clamp varying panel thicknesses of 3-5mm, 5-8mm, 10-13mm and 13-16mm. The robust structure of the glass panel connectors makes them suitable for using outdoors.

The Irus sign holders are available in 4 different designs. There are various types of panel, e.g. glass, wood, plastic, PVC, metal etc. and varying panel thicknesses with visible or concealed screw connections. We have the correct connector for every type of panel, size or thickness. There is no need to drill the panels when using Irus sign holders, simply clamp the panel with the connectors and mount the sign using the plug on the respective wall. The sign is quick and easy to mount in the correct position. The major advantage of the Irus sign holder is that the panel does not require drilling. The principle is simple „ the bigger the panel the more sign holders are required. Different sizes of sign can be mounted and the positioning of the holders is freely selectable. Whether at the top, at the bottom, at the right or left, whether 1, 2 or several sign holders, you are free to make your own choice. Panels with a thickness of 3-5 or 5-8 mm can be used.

The Double station CNC Panel Working Machinery specialized for machining aluminium composite panels. Also called in the market as ACP panels or ACM panels. The machine first grooves and then cuts the aluminium composite panels by using cutter bits using 2 high speed spindle motors, clamps the panels by vacuuming with a vacuum table and vacuuming pump, extracts the swarf coming out from the panel by a dust extraction system. Thanks to the double station working system, it is possible to load 2 different panels with lengths up to 3.200 mm each and while the machine is processing one of the panels, it is possible to load and offload the other panel in the other station. This machine has a 50% increased capacity compared to the single station machines. All axes are moving on linear guides and moved by servo motors with reducers controlled by a real CNC controller.

The machine can process light alloy materials such as: aluminium composite panels, HPL, aluminium panels up to 20 mm of wall thickness, bakelite, copper, acrylic, plexi-glass and etc. The machine has a very technologic vacuuming table made from plastic. The user does not need to isolate the table with gaskets like in the old system. The vacuuming is isolated inside the vacuuming system under the table and has a very high clamping force.

Posi-Glaze is one the most technically advanced Aluminium Balustrade Channel Systems on the market today. Whilst developing this system, we determined that the fundamental drawback with balustrade products was the lack of ability to adjust the glass panels individually, once set into position. Our high specification glass clamping mechanism locks glass panels into position effortlessly with four immobilising fasteners, per meter of channel. Thus making it possible to realign and even disassemble each individual panel, even after installation, should the need arise. The archaic and somewhat cumbersome slide and wedge system of old, doesn’t give the installer the capacity to disassemble a single glass panel once the system is in place.
